This footage is legal. I am a licensed RPAS (drone) pilot) with Transport Canada. My RPAS (Drone) is registered with Transport Canada. My Official Site Survey was completed and a flight log was kept. As per the law, I never flew within 30 meters (horizontally) of a person not covered by a roof. I also kept my distance to not harass any wildlife.

Kamsack is within Aerodrome Airport Code: CJN2. You must have a RPAS (Drone License) to fly within this Aerodrome as I do.

“Aerodrome. Drone operations are permitted within the zone indicated by the yellow filled shape. Caution is advised, however, due to potential aircraft traffic. Operations when other aircraft are present are strongly discouraged.”
