Edmond, OK; former Drivers Diner (truckstop) off I-35. After being vacant for years, the buildings (two of these things side by side) are now occupied by Stone & Stucco Co. It looks like they've altered the brickwork a bit with their own materials. Here's what the the building looked like in 2006:
