Macro Mondays theme: Liquid
Tried a few different options this week, some which didn't work as I wanted. I still got some really cool shots which I will share at some point. This one is a very different style for me. This paint brush is only 1cm wide.

Currently, it's hard to focus on my project but I hate to stop so I am just phoning it in for a bit. Just another quick recycled idea. Thanks for hanging in there with me, real life is taking over my focus and emotions right now. There are big transitions and changes which have left me anxious and drained.
It's raining at Brighton! Julia was hoping for a little fun in the sun but when she arrived, it started pouring down rain.
This Eastern Bluebird was a portrait of perfection in the early morning sunlight, with not a feather out of place. But just a few hours later, his appearance became disheveled during a drenching afternoon rain. It's a good thing he's wash and wear - he'll be back to his handsome self in no time.
Mute swans are pretty uncommon in northern California, but there's a bunch of them on Cameron Lake. Perhaps they're "locally common".
