Been doing a home study course on dreamweaver and flash cs4 and amongst practicing photography and many other things plus life getting in way, I havent been able to dedicate much time to where my passion lives,

so i havent played in a while so this was a pleasure doing if not the greatest result.

hope ya all real well, havent been on flickr much also recently, will catch up with you all and all your inspiring work, truly all the best my friends.

My backpack and the contents I take with me almost everywhere I go. The life of a geek is a weighty one.

The Batmobile resumes its journey,* speeding west along Highway 35. The encounter with Bond had been startlingly enlightening. Dreamwalkers. Dreamweavers.**

"Batcomputer. Scan for boundaries in Paprihaven along theta lines. Cross with phantasmal energies across all levels of subatomic translucence."

"Working."

He's missing something. There's not a known formula to scan for dream energy but this should give a starting point. Still...

Something has been bothering him since he and Bond were hit by the... what to call it? If his theory is correct, it was akin to a REM ripple.***

At first Batman was sure he had returned to his previous form. But, then, Bond had been just as sure. He had noticed Bond's difference though. He had to know for sure.

KLIK!

"Hey, Batman!"

"Canary, turn on your video. Look at me."

"Mmooookay! And... Okay, I see you."

"And?"

"Aaaannd, It sounds like I should be noticing something? But I'm missing it."

"Good."

"What was I-"

KLIK!

"Selena."

"Hello, handsome. Oh, and a video call no less. Want me to-"

"How do I look?"

"-get... How do you look? What a fascinatingly un-Batman question. You look luscious. You look entirely-"

"Bond is on his way to meet all of you at the Boogaloo. My Batcomputer places you there."

"Why is your computer tracking m-"

"When he arrives, look at him, contact me, and tell me how he looks."

"... ... Are you wanting me to tell you which of you is more yummy?? I never knew you-"

KLIK!

"Superman."

"Batman, give me some news. We need a solution. The way this conflict has scaled up, even if we win, Paprihaven will be destroyed."

"Hrn. I'm tracking on new information now. I may have a solution soon. I'm going to be out of play and out of contact for a while."

"What's a while?"

"Hard to tell. And I'll need Diana."

"Diana is our heaviest hitter second only to me."

"She beat you once."

"I was mind controlled. If you need power, take Mary Marvel. Or Power Girl. I'd offer Kara but she's out of dimension with Barbara on a mission of the Queen."****

"Out of dimension? Alice sent them? I didn't okay Batgirl leaving."

"I'm just surprised I knew something you didn't."

"No, I need Diana. It's not just the power, it's her experience. Everything may hinge on this, Kal. We don't want to cut corners here."

"Have you asked Diana?"

"I wanted to speak with you first. Keep you in the loop. So you don't throw another super-fit."*****

"I didn't... Okay, contact her. If Diana's good with it, I'm good with it, but do it on open channel so everyone knows she's off the field. We'll need to get a reinforcement to take her place.

Maybe Shazam. She's heavily involved with someone called Juggernaut at the moment."******

"Hrn. I have one more thing to check. Then I'll let Diana know on open channel."

"Sounds good. Be careful, friend."

KLIK!

The Batman settles in and brings his mind into sharp focus. He believes he now knows what Alice is keeping in the castle. And, if so, and he can reach it, then the next steps will mean life or death of Paprihaven.

He pushes aside the uneasiness of 'other Batmen'. There was no evidence any of them had breached or remained in Paprihaven.

Edit by Teee.

The sing-song snickers grew louder once a loud snap echoed from my partner’s open mouth, originating from their throat. Any struggle from my partner stilled instantly, every guttural noise they made similarly silenced as their head, forced to face the sky, was forcibly thrust upwards.

The buckle that followed might have come from tension on the neck, but most of the buck seemed to come from the hardened muck that had collected in a thick mass from their waistline upwards. The thick, syrupy expulsion seemed to becontinually pulled by gravity, but the weight of the viscous liquid reminded me of the gentle magma plumes I had been lucky enough to shoot. This thick compilation of carnage seemed to allow the creature to better stretch the drooling opening so it could free itself.

Another bone chilling crack and what was once their mouth began to stretch open. Further and further until the upper and lower jaw aligned in a perfect circle. I thought it my imagination, but the end result made it clear that the teeth and jaw line must have grown in both size and circumference. What I had assumed were only the pained twitches and spasms of my associate turned writing piece along with the pulsating of rapidly infected dentures must have hidden the slow and steady growth.

The creature pushed, kneaded, and clawed at this opening until that haunting laughter was loud enough it made my ears pop. My legs had finally found itself as I began to run. Not without seeing the pitch coated skeleton that comprised of its upper half and that horrible head force itself from what had once been a friend. Now it was beginning to look more and more like a bundled cocoon.

The claws were clamoring for a better spot to grip, the appalling digest bunching like loose clay at this point, regularly moistened by the noxious drool the chewy carapace never ceased dribbling. Especially as it began to lick, nibble, and suck at Lickyface’s spine almost in spite; a theorized reason for the golden skeleton parallel to its own is to protect itself from sudden separation from the lower half. Especially when it is particularly ornery, like with the fallen business associate. The colors seemed to naturally blend into the designs later pictured on its carapace, the more fluid blood having collected along the ‘stomach’ of the bug.

I was regrettably unable to see anything else of significance, such as the point the insectoid legs burst from the hardening muck that now survives as the lower half’s carapace, as this was when I began running. It was around this point I had obtained my first picture of it pursuing me through the mists, and the subsequent pictures of it cornering me in the shipping container.

-----------

Now, my attempts to hold a more dominant presence seemed to do little more than egg it on. Not in the way an animal might flaunt its alpha tendencies either. It was playful. Once I had taken my pictures it leaned close, far too close for comfort, and gave me just enough time to take a picture before it seemed to grow tired of playing model.

It gripped my head and tried to force it open with its gruesome claws, covering my tongue and lips with a tepid mixture of the previous mention indescribable flavor and a number of exotic new “spices” that continue to haunt my tongue like the ghosts of the most abysmal particles known to the cosmos.

I am quite lucky my boss saw to giving me a few more tricks, as peculiar and useless as they had previously seemed. In this case, what Doc had called Lockjaw. I was able to seal my jaw shut and prevent the creature from opening it. I even sucked my cheeks and lips inwards causing a mild shield. It all felt natural, but I am sure the ritual Doc had performed was what also made it feel like a muscle I had my entire life. Similarly, Flaps of cartilage, which were quite difficult to adapt to, would cover my nostrils while a thin film would cover my ear ducts and eyes like another eyelid. Finally, the Tragus (or, the once useless fleshy nub) of my ear pressed against the external auditory meatus (ear hole) finished the work of sealing my head. I couldn’t breathe, but at least I was waterproof (The less explained about the other… Traits needed to do this the better.)

Do not get me wrong. I died almost immediately after taking that picture. Horrifically. To the point THAT is the part I can not remember. At least I didn’t have that infectious vomit tamped into my gullet, as it reportedly loves to do.

I also am uncertain what happened to my body. My boss has yet to explain the intricacies of my immortality, saying we all had plenty of time for that another day, but I do know I woke up in one of my boss’s little hide aways (normally a swamp hut like this one) with my similarly enchanted camera.

Horrific as this all is, being nigh unkillable SURELY will make up for it. Hopefully, all the pop culture I read is right that I will either get used to it or get used to it by losing my mind while gaining a more crooked sense of humor.

These questions flooded Namarie's brain and left her constantly exhausted from the weight of her grief. But she pressed onward knowing that Howl would be devastated to see her in this condition.

"Is this what true love feels like?", Namarie said quietly to herself as she put the last enchanted toy upon the shelves. "If it is, I'm not sure that I like it".

She heaved a deep sigh.

I am fine outside the box

My expedition partner, at the time, couldn't quite fight their own skeletal arms. This was not an issue I felt I would ever have to worry about. Ever since this event, I have been doing my best to think up scenarios where I might when should the same happen to me.

I fear that I would suffer the same fate should I so much as touch them or the sinister concoction growing in front of me. I wasn't even certain if they were even alive, at least not conventionally given their body was continuing to wiggle and gyrate. Their arms hung from their sides, flopping about like a dealership’s inflatable arm-flailing tube abomination either from my partner’s struggle against their own skeleton or the skeleton’s struggle against their confining meat suit. The fingers were beginning to look oddly long, but given the nature of finger bones, judging items against a draping of flesh, and my own body-trembling terror my eye for detail might have been a little skewed.

The monster’s claw tips soon made their way to my associate’s mouth. I must admit, they would have made a wonderful journalist. They had quite a bit of tenacity, snapping and biting at even these grotesque digits. While I was still certain they were once a part of my partner’s skeleton, given I had just witnessed their horrible journey, the noxious assumed mix of torn muscle and sinew, tar, oil, bile and coagulated blood had hardened along the first two digits of each finger and thumb to create the beginnings of the claws seen in the picture. They were not quite as hard as the picture implies, least not at the time.

Another sharp bite caused one to rupture like a spoiled banana, spewing a mixture and scent that words could not describe. My desire to coat every physical printing of this article with a scratch and sniff portion failed. Not for lack of being able to implement the scratch-n-sniff itself, but try as I might nothing can match that scent. A wooden barrel of a butchered cow, pig, and their organs along with sewer run off left to bake in the sun while marinating in petrol, limberger juice, and cat urine and STILL I couldn’t find something close to the body binding horror that was that damned scent.

From how quickly my friend’s jaw went rigid, I am going to imagine it tasted much like it smelled. The sound of their clogged heaving was masked by, what Doc insisted I called, the Chuckling Chorus. Muffled somewhat by still being in the bubbling and pulsating self. Harmonized like a haunting song, the series of snickers and guffaws echoed from my buddie’s growing glower with a hoarse scratch that reminded me of a phonograph.

I like to make weird connections when I am nervous and afraid. Don’t judge me.

----

In the picture, I have bounced back to my feet with camera in hand! Bravado and black-out rambling to confuse the target. The more it stares in confusion at my ranting, the more time I have to take a photo!

Even with it momentarily dazed by my wily charisma, I had some issues getting a picture of what I assume are its main eyes. The purple one on its body seem to be taking in the environment and the ones inside the hood surrounding this special pair might occasionally all focus on the pair’s target for dramatic effect, but otherwise they seem to suffer from the same hyperactive ADHD tendencies my own do when I have a firm grasp on my camera. A vast void of endless eyes might similarly extend off into infinity like a starscape, but these two particular eyes just above the tendril like tongue seem special.

They seem to focus on me, on the camera. They have a intensity to them the others lack, that anyone I can remember lacked. It is hard to place the.. Feeling of this intensity, but it is quite clear. It forces me to focus on them in the chaos of ocular attention seekers in a way the pictures can not fully describe.

It was a bit impressed, or confused, by my reaction of quick pics and quick words, most too blurry or covered in a gloss of similar to the twinkling starscape in the beast’s hood. Doc theorized this interference was its way of removing ny pictures it considered to be of its bad side, or terrible.

As it seemed to wait for me to get the above picture and a close-up, I began to believe it might actually be friendly and photogenic.

Barring the horrific nightmare the tag-along endured, of course.

Pattern "Dreamweaver" from Tula Pink's book.

Didn't get my quilt done in time for the quilt along, but love it.

I had a look through my MH drawer earlier and remembered I had a Twyla. She's been languishing in my drawer for months now. I'd been meaning to give her a haircut when I got her, but I've only just got around to it. What do you think?

In other news, I'm currently on the hunt for a Scaris Catrine (we didn't get her in this country after all), plus the werecat twins. I think I'd also like Clawdeen's New Scaremester outfit (at least the jacket, boots, and necklace, if nothing else).

While they were definitely not pleased in my badgering for descriptions on their experience, they eventually relented and gave me the details that I otherwise would be incapable of describing.

The skeletal fingers that had once been their own, they...er… explained, at first felt like their nerves and muscles were clustered together. Much like being flexed, beginning to grow intensely more warm as this happened. The pain of the bone just barely poked through the discomfort of the growing, burning sensation. Something I believe to be related to the tar.

The skeletal mass seemed to collect coagulated bits of this and torn muscle from its struggle, gentle as it might be, through the fleshy tube their arms had become. I watched as the other arm cease its struggle. They said it was being forced. While they felt nothing guiding them, their hand moved of its own accord. Delicately gripping the finger tips, it began to tug and guide the flesh off.

I still remember the horrid noise of syrupy suction, a squicky squishing sound that sent me shivering. Stuck shocked, I was forced to watch my partner’s shoulder suffer a similar fate to their fingers. Rolling and working towards the throat like a sweater, the arms folding and shifting as they squirmed towards the throat.

My friend might have been screaming at this moment, should a torrent of that black mucus not have been rocketing from their lips. It was quite unseemly, I am sure they are happy I was too shocked to work a camera properly (though I had accidentally taken plenty of blurry swashes of colors, images of bushes and trees, and my finger in this mess) as the sticky mess of black and blood, i couldn't even think of where to start on my theories of what might be the likely candidate for the sudden increase of red in the strain slurry dribbling over their collar bone.

I might have actually started taking pictures at that very moment, had it not gone down hill from there. Instead, we have a picture of what had been our intended target cornering me in an oddly placed shipping container. I had snuck into it at a moment I had believed it hadn’t seen me, thinking the purple eyes covering its torso of coagulated pitch were simply decorative. A bit of camouflage meant to throw off predators and prey, I have seen plenty of examples of eyespots in insects and amphibians I had taken photos of. Prey animals.

This was a poor judgment call. A prey judgment call! Journalism shouldn't be making prey judgment calls, JOURNALISM SHOULD BE THE PREDATOR!

The key book of secret society of the Observatory is "The Dream of Poliphile", completed in 1467 by Francesco Colonna, a Dominican born in Venice in 1433. It was reissued by Jacques Kerver 1553 and in 1561 slightly corrected. Very curiously he inspired painters like Poussin or Lesueur but also Claude Perrault Charles Nodier, supposed grand master of the Priory of Sion according to documents Lobineau, was also very permeated by these texts and created his apocryphal reveries. Gerard de Nerval was not spared either Finally, the Angelic Society had close ties with the Rose-Croix which are demonstrated by the similarity between the symbol of the Rose-Croix published in 1616 "a snake hugging an anchor", and the dolphin of the "Dream of Poliphile"The legend of the Black Madonna of the observatory There are many rumors about the discovery and the presence of a small chapel under the Observatory. This chapel would have sheltered a Black Virgin who is also called "Notre Dame de Dessous Terre". These remarks would actually come from Claude Perrault himself in a report he sent to the King's office during the construction of the foundations of the building. He would have even evoked the term "illustrious vault" Another source tells us that it is Camille Flammarion who discovered this statuette, and this statement can be read in "The mystery of the cathedrals" of Fulcanelli "" We contemplated, in our turn, the little Underground lady, symbol of the raw stone of the Great Art, during a memorable exploration of the underground, in the month of July 1936, in the company of three excellent friends and an official to whom we ladies this exceptional four Warmly, as in any legend, we must also turn to the official history. The observatory was built on catacombs and the foundations were drowned in these underground tunnels. Also a statue is on display.Could Claude Perrault found a small chapel with this statuette Why not? The land belonged to some religious congregations that could have perfectly used the underground galleries c as Chapel and Ossuary, important for geodesy as it was one of the meridian arcs which were measured in order to determine the figure of the Earth. esoteric significance is ascribed to the Paris meridian; sometimes it is even perceived as a sinister axis. Why so many mysteries around a discovery that ultimately seems banal Should it be that Claude Perrault justifies the importance of this Meridian placed exactly on the location of the Black Madonna Was he afraid that we move this reference line Everything happens, as Fulcanelli reads, as if Le Meridien de Paris were to be at this place and not elsewhere. The discovery of a Black Madonna under the observatory would have been a way to freeze once for all the position. It is true that at that time a meridian was in competition, that of the church Saint-Sulpice The plans of the observatory which are the work of Claude Perrault, brother of Charles Perrault, author of the tales of My Mother the Oye also bears a very strong symbolism. It should be remembered that the two brothers are affiliated to a secret angelic society and also to the first pioneer of Alchemical Lodge The Wandering Knights also have a veneration for frequent summer solstice, and use this day to deposit either a storybook, either a study. June 21 is also the day when landmarks are taken on the ground for the construction of the Observatory. All the buildings respect the rule of the famous Golden Section, in short all participates in a very esoteric symbolism very turned towards the solar rhythms. The Observatory is actually a Temple which moreover had the favors of Louis XIV. It is true that the Sun King is the incarnated representation of Apollo in all its luminous splendor.Esoteric significance is ascribed to the Paris meridian; sometimes it is even perceived as a sinister axis. Dominique Stezepfandts, a French conspiracy theorist, attacks the Arago medallions that supposedly trace the route of "an occult geographical line"; to him the Paris meridian is a "Alchemic axis" or even "the heart of the Devil." Angélique society A circle of well-known characters And here is how, after having studied the Cassini linked to the Paris Observatory, we come back to a whole group of well-known characters in the Rennes-Le-Château affair. For the Angelic Society, which called itself "the Fog", is a secret artistic and literary society whose members were artists and writers as famous as Eugène Delacroix, Jules Verne, Gérard de Nerval, Frédérique Mistral or even Hergé (his famous blue oranges would be a poetic allusion to blue apples ...) The Angelic Society was founded in the 16th century by a Lyons printer Sebastien Greif who called himself "Gryphe". Originally from Wurtemberg, he settled in Lyon in 1522. Probably because of his pseudonym, he chose the griffon as emblem, a symbol that is easily associated with the sphinx. Should we see then a link with the Sphinge painted by Ingres and whose signature has an inverted N You should know that Ingres and Delacroix knew and appreciated each other.More mysteries? Behind this dynasty of scientists hides a secret. We must first know that the 4 successive Directors were members of Angelique, a secret society in which they held important functions of mastery (Angel Archives Barret and Mitlot 1825 ed.) But that's not all. During their dynasty they wrote particular and personal documents, in which one could find details on their cartographic works and especially around the Méridien of Paris. These documents, which were never published (there are probably reasons for this), are called "Cahiers Méridiens". Above all, it is interesting to read in their notes that the Cassini attached particular importance to certain archaeological sites situated around the meridian. Astronomers go further in their studies, since they call these sites primordial and sacred according to their own terms. These mysterious notes are also accompanied by unusual details and chronologies, and a list of ancient or archaeological furniture they called "gear"According to Grasset d'Orcet, the German printer, Gryphe was surrounded by many scholars and authors affiliated with this organization. The Angelic Society used as a code for insiders a kind of complex phonetic cabal based on "The language of birds" The key book of this secret society is "The Dream of Poliphile", completed in 1467 by Francesco Colonna, a Dominican born in Venice in 1433. It was reissued by Jacques Kerver in 1553 and in 1561 it was slightly corrected. Very curiously he inspired painters like Poussin or Lesueur but also Claude Perrault Charles Nodier, supposed grand master of the Priory of Sion according to documents Lobineau, was also very permeated by these texts and created his apocryphal reveries. Gerard de Nerval was not spared either Finally, the Angelic Society had close ties with the Rose-Croix which are demonstrated by the similarity between the symbol of the Rose-Croix published in 1616 "a snake hugging an anchor", and the dolphin of the "Dream of Poliphile" The listed place, Antyque Chaspel, was accessible by spiral staircases and you could see a little black virgin found during the works. The discovery had to be shocked because it was later asserted that it was the builders of the place who commissioned it in terracotta and deposited it in a slab at the subway of the observatory. Some great alchemists considered this crypt as the only one capable of offering the moments favorable to the different phases of the Great CEuvre, a place known as the Rough Stone of Great Art. It can also be read (doc RBR) that two years ago, the underground site which will become that of the Royal Observatory would have received from curious, and savants, among whom Messrs Reynaud Levieux, Nicolas Poussin and notables religious. The depth of the zenith well was set at 28 meters and the height of the building at 27 meters, giving a total height of 55 meters. The first utility planned for stellar observation was quickly abandoned, and it will not be until 1851 that Foucault will realize his second experience of the clock made famous by Umberto Eco. Then it will be for Foucault, in 1862, the first determination of the speed of light. The place of the Observatory seems decidedly highly symbolic and several societies more hermetic than learned, known a little later under the name of the Companies of the Fog did not fail to make the place sacred ...Henry Lincoln, in his book The Holy Place, argues that various ancient structures are aligned according to the Paris meridian. They even include medieval churches, built long before the meridian was established according to conventional history, and Lincoln finds it obvious that the meridian "was based upon the 'cromlech intersect division line'." David Wood, in his book Genisis, likewise ascribes a deeper significance to the Paris meridian and takes it into account when trying to decipher the geometry of the myth-encrusted village of Rennes-le-Château: The meridian passes about 350 meters (1,150 ft) west of the site of the so-called "Poussin tomb," an important location in the legends and esoteric theories relating to that place. (A skeptical discussion of these theories, including the supposed "alignments," can be found in Bill Putnam and Edwin Wood's book The Treasure of Rennes-le-Château - A mystery solved.)This series of Cahiers Méridiens (of which only the N ° 3, 6 and 7 remain) was added throughout the studies of the Cassini directors. Among other things, it was a question of accentuated statements on certain points of the territory. on sites called archeological meridian of Paris. These sites will enter later work indexed on events related to our history and especially to stories that will quickly be classified in the esoteric and unusual rubric. The Cassini insisted throughout their series notebooks on the fact of never forgetting these sites, distorting them or moving them away from their primordial and sacred functions (according to the term they chose) .Not only did they scrupulously draw up a state of affairs unrelated to the topography of the meridian of Paris but to their remarks details and chronologies for the least curious. In addition they constituted collections of objects for archeological sites they called and antiques machines The largest parts of the Cassini collections and archives are still in the South of France and not in Paris at the NL, nor in the archives of the Observatory. It is on a part of these archives preserved towards Perpignan that will work the prefect Xavier Richard who will write in 1936 the monumental and unavoidable ELEUSIS ALESIA on which on page 119, reuses the route Cassini for the sites close to the Observatory as well as on the crossing the meridian to the north and south of Groslay, Montmagny, Deuil, Saint-Denis, Arcueil and L'Hay, sites on which the Cassini worked outside of their functions ...

The Paris meridian is a meridian line running through the Paris Observatory in Paris, France—now longitude 2°20′14.03″ east. It was a long-standing rival to the Greenwich meridian as the prime meridian of the world. The Paris meridian arc or French meridian arc (French: la Méridienne de France) is the name of the meridian arc measured along the Paris meridian. The French meridian arc was important for French cartography, inasmuch as the triangulations of France began with the measurement of the French meridian arc. Moreover the French meridian arc was important for geodesy as it was one of the meridian arcs which were measured in order to determine the figure of the Earth. The determination of the figure of the earth was a problem of the highest importance in astronomy, inasmuch as the diameter of the earth was the unit to which all celestial distances had to be referred.

The mystery Perrault To understand why the Perrault brothers are important in the case of Rennes, just read the last stanza of the Red Serpent because nothing is at random My emotion was great "REMOVE MoI OF THE MUD" I said and my awakening was immediate. I failed to tell you that it was a dream that I had made on 17 JANUARY, feast of Saint SULPICE. Subsequently my persistent disorder, I wanted after reflections of use you tell it a tale of PERRAULT. Here is Friend Reader, in the pages that follow the result of a dream that rocked me in the world of the strange to the unknown. Whoever PASSES TO DO THE GOOD This allusion to the storyteller Charles Perrault is of course intended to attract the curiosity of the reader about this character and especially his brother, Claude Perrault, architect of the Observatory and therefore Le Meridien of Paris. Who was Charles Perrault? Charles Perrault (1628-1703) is the seventh child of a wealthy family of four brothers. He studied law and after a first burlesque work, "The Walls of Troy" he entered in 1654 as a clerk with his older brother Pierre Perrault, receiver general of the finances of Paris, was then noticed by his poems "the Odes to the King. Appointed clerk to Colbert in 1663 then adviser to Louis XIV, he became the King's first clerk of the buildings in 1665. In 1671 he entered the French Academy and opposed Boileau in the famous quarrel of the Ancients (to their heads Boileau , partisans of the ancient authors) against the Moderns in 1687. Chancellor of the Academy, he became librarian in 1673. His fame today is his tales of Mother l'oye (1697) inspired by the legendary medieval imaginary and chivalrous. The art of Charles Perrault is to have been able to resume in a falsely naive prose, stories traditionally transmitted orally and integrated into the collective unconscious. He transformed the folk tale by making a masterpiece of universal literature and saved from oblivion 8 traditional stories, today unavoidable like, Cinderella, the little poucet, the little red riding hood, the puss, etc. It is also very interesting to note from his biography, the close relations he most likely had with the power, the royal finances and Colbert. He certainly followed closely the state affair of the Superintendent of Finance Nicolas Fouquet that we know today strongly involved in the case of Rennes. Was he in some confidences of Colbert or Fouquet, confidences that he was able to transmit to his brother Claude Perrault. Who was Claude Perrault Claude Perrault (1613-1688) was born in Paris and was the third son of a bourgeois family. Two brothers will follow, Nicolas and Charles, but the Perrault brothers, Claude and Charles, will remain very bound all their lives during Claude Perrault was a tireless engineer. He studied medicine first at the Faculty of Paris. Doctor in 1641, he practiced for nearly 25 years. At the same time, Colbert created the Académie des Sciences at the end of the year 1666. At that time, Charles Perrault was Colbert's clerk and his duties led him to manage everything concerning Art and Sciences. He then introduced his brother Claude, a passionate scientist, into this little world of intellectuals close to Louis XIV. Finally, Claude and Charles Perrault will both be in the service of Colbert and the King. Claude Perrault approached famous scientists like Huygens, Roberval (mathematician), or Pecquet (doctor). This environment energized him with his interest in Natural History, but also on human physiology, physics. He entered the Academy of Sciences and Building Council in 1673 and was Colbert to translate "De Vitruva Architectura". This study will give birth to a new famous treaty. He then published in 1683 "The Ordinance of the 5 species of columns according to the method of the ancients" causing a great controversy. With the help of Charles Le Brun and Louis Le Vau, he was the colonnade of the eastern façade of the Louvre, the plans of the Observatory of Paris (1667-1766), the Castle of Sceau, and the Arc de Triomphe. of the Faubourg Saint-Antoine which will be abandoned. Claude Perrault even proposed a reconstruction of the Temple Jerusalem At the same time doctor of profession, anatomist, scientist and architect, the scientist will die of an infection in 1688 in Paris after having dissected a camel in the Jardin des Plantes, overall configuration much closer to reality (e format of the 265x360 cm). The area of the country is reduced compared to the traces of Guillaume Sanson (1619). This made Louis XIV say that the Academy of Sciences is costing him dearly! Add to this When we look at chronology and the presentation of a comparative map, we realize that great results are presented in 1682, only after 3 years of study, when it will be necessary to wait 65 years to access the chains of triangulation essential to redraw the dimensions. see below, all this leads to a real deal As we who always crystallizes around the same meridian themes, archaeological furniture markings, sacralization, secret geometry, etc. The Angelic Society A Circle of Well-Known Character And here is how after studying the Cassini related to the Observatoire de Paris, returns full fire on a whole group of well-known characters in the case of Rennes-Le-Chateau. For the Angelic Society, which called itself the "Brouillard", is a secret artistic and literary society whose members were artists and writers as famous as Eug Jules Verne, Gérard de Nerval, Frédérique Mistral or even Hergé (his famous blue oranges would be a poetic allusion to blue apples The Angélique Company was founded in the 16th century by a Lyon printer Sebastien Greif who called himself "Gryphe" from Württemberg, he moved to Lyon in 1522. No doubt because of his pseudonym, the chooses the griffin as an emblem, a symbol that is easily associated with the sphinx. If we then see a link with the Sphinge painted by Ingres and whose signature includes N inverted to know that Ingres and Delacroix knew each other. Grasset d'Orcet, the German printer, Gryphe was surrounded by many scholars and writers affiliated with this organization. The Angelic Society used co same code for insiders a kind of complex phonetic cabal based on "The language of birds"

"Since January I've been working some intense freelance graphic design / web development work for a cutting edge company. It's been quite challenging, yet very rewarding. I've learned how to use Apple Motion, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver(more so), and my favorite, Edge Animate. This has taken all my free time away from my photographic passion. I've finally finished up a major portion, and I've been able to focus on some photographic experiences from the recent past that I can give life to.

This image in particular I've been eagerly waiting for the right moment to dig-in, and with my best BW conversion skills, recount with fervent direction, the awe and inspiration this amazing (albeit quite popular) natural wondrous place had given to me. Yes billions flock to this locale to behold it's enthralling presentation. Does that mean it has any less attraction or importance to me ? Sure, many upon many have photographed this particular location in all wholehearted fascination simply to capture for their own inspirational or documentary pursuits, or whatever they may be. But I'l be Damned if my experience is any less spectacular (or more) than all before me and all after me. It simply astounds me time after time the phenomenal natural world that exists for us to experience first hand. Yeah it's fun to take a picture that looks cool and present it to people, showing a beautiful location, but it falls way short of the first hand experience, that first moment you arrive to these places and all your senses are on fire absorbing the breathtaking awe that you had no idea would come to be. I remember my first day at Yosemite, next to four thousand other people, the sheer joy I experienced looking down at the valley. I hugged every last one of them.

Standing there on the shoreline of the Snake, I saw beautiful tones and contrasts of blues, yellows, everything in between, and smoke / clouds blanketing the mountain range. I knew in conversion, with the right technique, the aspen could go tonally white, the sky with a pseudo red filter would be black (Anselesque), and the oranges, greens, and purples would fall in line filling in the 1/4 and 3/4 tones. Processing this took three black and white conversions hand brushed together. This is composed of two horizontal shots on a D800E, 70-200mm 2.8VRII ISO100 f/13 1/115 second at 70mm, initially processed in LR5, polished in Photoshop CC. This definitely has an IR resemblance. Having used (in BW conversion) the Blue/Yellow Channel for the Landscape, and a Digital Red filtered sky (going dark) has all the makings of an IR to some degree. The channel isolation and pre-conversion chroma tweaks really do create a unique looking conversion when compared to the original. The key is this. Simply don't jump right in and try to hammer out a BW conversion. Look at the color image and visually inspect the tones. Look through the RGB channels and take notes on the things you like and don't. Then, when converting (in whatever converter you prefer) create the image you visualize by utilizing those notes as a recipe. It's a great starting point giving direction to a conversion that in most cases will have better looking results, quicker. -m"
