About This Boat
SEA TRIPS ON CATAMARAN - ILE DE RÉ
Embark on a catamaran for wonderful walks in the sea, from the port of Saint-Martin. This citadel that we owe to Vauban, is one of the villages that you can not miss during your stay on the Ile de Ré.
THE BOAT
The Dream'On is a Trawler Catamaran Aventura 33, built in 2012. It can accommodate up to 12 passengers.
Built specifically for this activity, this boat will allow the discovery of rétaises coasts and beautiful and pleasant moments at sea.

The Dream'On is a very spacious motor catamaran. Everyone will find the space that suits them best during navigation.
Relaxing on outdoor benches, lying in front, sitting around a large friendly table ... sit where you feel better!
I couldn't resist cutting up my new Dream On charm packs. I've made four of these so far. Can't believe I'm doing HSTs again already but I think I wanted to try and prove to myself that I actually can line up points after the Little Folks voile. These aren't perfect either but I can live with that. I'm also trying to get away from my white sashing rut and decided to try out Kona Ash...I think I like it.

I used Dream On by Urban Chiks and the quilt finishes at 64x80".
I always loved station wagons because they seemed to symbolize family fun and road trip adventures.
I saw this wagon from two blocks away and ran for it. I was afraid the owner was going to drive off before I could snap a few. I took this image with a 17mm tilt-shift lens I rented for one of our road trips. I had a hard time with that lens. By the time I got the hang of the tilting and the shifting, it was time to go home. Can't say it was money well spent. blah

Finally finished my Dream On quilt. This has been in the works for over a year, almost a year and a half!
I used 4 charm packs of Dream On by Urban Chiks for Moda. The background is Kona Ash. I made half-square triangles and arranged them in this offset diamond pattern. The binding is Kona, I think it's just plain ol' Pink. It's about 52"x70".
I am riding the heat wave here in Berlin right now. I've been only dreaming about the Arctic winter, painfully freezing hands, numb toes today. How do you keep cool?

Wow, this is the first photo I've uploaded to Flickr in months. Progress on my Dream On half square triangle quilt. Decided to arrange them in diamonds, which will be offset. Now i just need to sew the rows and columns.
