"...that have fallen after me."
This image was captured for the Macro Mondays theme: "Double Exposure".
It is actually an in-camera triple exposure, something that I have never attempted before. Although I am reasonably happy with this result, in future I think I would prefer to take each shot manually and layer them together in post processing, rather than relying on the camera to do it in "auto multiple exposure mode".
Macro Mondays: Double Exposure
HMM! Double exposure done in camera. First exposure on the perfume bottle then the watch.
Another shot from last session with Alessandra, this time featuring an outlandish look with the aid of coloured lighting.
Strobist info: primary blue gelled sb700 shot through rapid box octa xl as fill. Sangria coloured rim light on a stripbox, and a tiny Apollo pushed in close with a cerulean blue gelled flash for key.
Shot with a Nikon D700 and the Nikkor 24-70mm f2.8 lens.
For Macro Mondays - Double Exposure
My english teachers always told me not to get my words all 'crossed up' when writing with a pen.
In camera DE lit from above.
Happy Macro Monday!
I put two little owls on a mirror, did the double exposure thing, so I ended up with four owls. I then merged owl number two and three to the middle owl. The little eyes didn't match exactly, so that's a trace of the overlay. I find it sort of looks cuter because of it.
Each owl measures in width 2cm. They are about 2,5 cm tall.
Thanks for viewing, possibly faving and/or commenting.
If you don't like it, HMM to you just the same :-) !
Two exposures done in-camera of antique book pages for #MacroMondays and #DoubleExposure. Thanks for looking, as always.
