Durdle Door (sometimes written Durdle Dor) is a natural limestone arch on the Jurassic Coast near Lulworth in Dorset, England.[1] It is privately owned by the Welds,[2] a family who owns 12,000 acres (50 km2) in Dorset in the name of the Lulworth Estate.[3] It is open to the public. The name Durdle is derived from the Old English 'thirl' meaning bore or drill.[4]

CHARLESTON SC: Charleston is one of the most pleasant cities to stroll and take shots of front doors.
I composed this image in response to a self-imposed photography challenge: create an interesting image of a door, or doors. In accomplishing this, I sought to construct a photograph that was open (pardon the pun) to interpretation.

A really cool door outside of this abandoned power station on the eastside of Windsor.
At least I think its abandoned.
