Spider web found in the front yard with a early morning dew and some nice sunlight.
Happy MBT and Donnerstagsmonochrom 😊

The American Flamingo (Phoenicopterus ruber) seen while visiting Homosassa Springs State Park, Florida.
The last time I visited the park I took some pictures of the Flamingos and when I started processing the shots I saw this picture but didn't have any shots that could make it happen. This shot has been on my list since my last visit back in 2017.
One more poser and this one in color.
I haven't been to Homosassa Springs State Park in a few years but always enjoy visiting while in Florida. Good opportunity to work with the birds and the 200-500 lens. The black vultures are always plentiful and another one giving me a nice pose.

That corner of the forest where the trees lay their bare branches on the rapid course of the river ...
...rain and wind and dark for days, no chance of some nice photos

in Chichester Cathedral
I did wonder what access is given to the staff by the gate at the very top of the spiral staircase....

Another one from Berlin's government district. These somewhat hidden stairs lead up to a small footbridge across the Spree which connects the Paul-Löbe-Haus (PLH) and the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus (MEHL), both are governmental buildings. I've linked a photo in the first comment where you can see the bridge and the huge bull's eye window of the MELH. In the left corner of the MELH, where you can see the folded-up barriers (on the left of the dancers' group – please press "Z") is the entrance to the stairs leading up to the bridge. That's the spot I've taken this photo from. The bridge itself has two floors; the upper floor provides direct access to both the MEHLH and the PLH and therefore isn't open to the public (unfortunately).
Image converted to black and white in Silver Efex Pro with finishing touches with the masking tool in LR.
Happy (Monochrome) Thursday, dear Flickr friends!
