Ed è in certi sguardi che s’intravede l’infinito.
And it is in certain glances that the infinite is glimpsed.

Bonzo and Jack were happy for two reasons. They were on a walk and they knew that I had treats in my pocket.
I see what you spelled out there, Jasper. So Dogs Rules and Hoomans Drools, huh? Very clever. And I'll have you know I only drooled that once when I fell asleep on the couch. Well, this is what you get when you mix a smart dog with the game of Bannanagrams.
Unusual sight of three dogs pulling a cyclist. A cyclist doing this was hit by a car recently so I wouldn't suggest it on the open road.
Hope your weekend has gone well. Winter is asserting itself here with cold winds today and possible snow tomorrow,
Ich werde zwar nicht mit den Hunden Gassi gehen, aber ich werde ein paar Tage unterwegs und erst gegen Ende der Woche zurück sein. Ich wünsche allen eine gute Woche :))
I'm not going to walk the dogs, but I will be off for a few days and be back by the end of the week. I wish you a great week ahead :))

Yes, I know about "how cute" and "who can resist?" We had her over a couple of times and she does know us. Even more, she seems to see us as part of her family. In fact, I believe that she regards herself as a "child" belonging to a family of humans. She made it perfectly clear that she has certain expectations in terms of participating in our social life, eating our kind of food - almost asking for equality and fair play. Now my question is, how does evolution work in this case? Did dogs evolve to bond with humans? Did humans develop affinity to dogs? Or, is there a process of mutual co-evolution or even co-assimilation?
