This is a Dodge Ram 2500 made in 1996 and imported into U.K. where it was registered in May 2000. Petrol engine of 8100cc, that’s about 494 cu.in for you Americans and this vehicle has had many miles on the odometer, with 80000+ on it at present although the national annual vehicle check, the Uk MOT test does show discrepancies with 96000 apparently wiped out when imported.
The MOT test is the Ministry of Transport vehicle test for all vehicles over three years old. It is an annual test and without passing it, the car cannot be taxed or insured, so wouldn’t be street legal. Records show that this car does not have a present pass test so cannot be driven on the public road. Records show that in recent years it had failed many tests, meaning that a lot of action had to be done before it was OK to use.

This is the Delaware State Police mounted patrol unit vehicle and trailer. This is the only marked vehicle that isn't blue in DSP's fleet. Here it was spotted parked at the Bellevue State Park.

With FDMB, Baynard Police and FHP on the scene, this crash is under control, but as is all too often the case, it's not the ideal outcome.
Two from the Jeep Liberty, one from the Mercedes Mercedes-Benz ML320 and the passenger from the Ford Focus are being treated and transported.
Unfortunately, for the driver, with the severe mechanism of injury and resulting trauma, he didn't stand a chance.

Hazzard Range County Sheriff's Office officials and New Mexico state police served a search warrant on a abandoned building on Old mill rd ( central part of the county ) . 21 year old Bruce Zilma and 28 year old Chris Scca where arrest and charged with armed robbery and receiving stolen property. Sheriff Travis Martin said in a statement .

Officials with Hazzard Range County Sheriff's Office (HRCSO ) and New Mexico State police ( NMSP) were lead on a high speed chase from Vista al lago restaurant at Vista al lago golf course ( near Eagle Lake ) that ended crashing on Carben rd just south of Sparta .
HRCSO Lieutenant BUBBA Sanchez told the Herald ,that the two suspects allegedly rob the golf shop at Vista al lago golf course . NMSP Officer JD Strate spotted the Chevy Tahoe report by the golf course staff as the suspects getaway vehicle a few miles away. As NMSP Officer JD Strate took pursuit of the vehicle, about three miles latter HRCSO Deputy Shawn Ridge join the pursuit, after another ten minutes of going down side streets in Sparta the Suspects vehicle became airborne and crash into some brush and railroad tracks .
One suspect was arrested on scene and another got way. LT Sanchez added that Law Enforcement are looking for 26, Grace Lacv of Sparta .

This most amazing part of the day after the storm ended was getting a ride with this person. He was driving a Dodge Ram 5.7 Liter Hemi pick-up with 4 giant snow tires.
I flagged him down and asked him to drive me down Nostrand Ave. The truck was so high off the ground I might have needed a fork lift to get into the cab.
His name was Esteban, he had been living in New York, (Brooklyn) for eight years. His English was terrible. He was from Argentina originally, where he had been a fireman. From what I could discern from our conversation.. He was driving around in this monster truck with a heavy duty nylon cable hooked to the back of the truck and finding people who where stuck in the snow with their vehicles. Refusing to take any money! ( I offered him 5 bucks for the ride). That's it.. Just helping out people in trouble. A real Hero.
