After Miso died, we adopted Django, a retired racing greyhound. This was the picture from the adoption group's Web site; he was underweight, neurotic, and desperately in need of a home.
Django had a B-level racing career: not good enough to breed, but good enough to race for a couple of years. He had a hair-trigger anxiety problem and was definitely a special needs dog. In 2010, at 11, he had a seizure and died at home.
He looked great and moved nicely, but he was just too silly. My sweet boy still has some maturing to do :)
