I was out and about all morning and when I returned home I found Tofu asleep on his rocking chair in the living room. His ears showed me that he noticed me but he didn't lift his head to greet me. I guess he was angry because I had left him alone at home for hours. :)

Was gibt es schöneres als eine Pause, wenn man satt ist und obendrein das Wetter mitspielt?

A woman walked down to the shore of the green space with her dog, off leash. The dog proceeded to run out after this egret, causing it to relocate. She tried calling it back, but it would have nothing to do with her. She needs to use that leash, as required by law!!! First comment is moments before, as the dog charges...

Just another capture of one of the Mandarin ducks in the park, this time obviously a male. He was taking a nap but peeking at me with one eye when I took some photos while he was standing on one leg as they usually do when they are sleeping.
Fort Worth, Texas. This big guy was there so people could ride him. I can't tell you how much that bothered me.
House Sparrow (Passer domesticus). The sparrows in our garden love the blackberries in the hedge. It makes their beaks red and it is obviously very tiring work eating them! 😂

Our Daily Challenge: purple
My daughters bedroom is decorated with the colour purple. I am washing the kids bedding this morning and so in the meantime I tossed my daughters comforter in a heap on her bed...Kiwi didn't take long to move in and make it her own spot.

We met him in natural surrounding at Museumsinsel Hombroich. He was very curious and trusting, came to 10 cm near our cameras....
