The distributed tournament system at PAX is difficult to explain, but this is three or four minutes into a staring contest, no blinking allowed.
I lost shortly thereafter, but only because I was rolled my eyes back when describing what I thought Liz Enthusiasm would be like in bed.

Santa distributing the gifts and presents on Christmas Eve! This was during me and my family’s Christmas get-together back on December 2023. This time, we rented an Airbnb around the Berkeley Hills. The view was beautiful and we were up high, overlooking the San Francisco Bay in the distance. We can even see the Bay Bridge, Downtown SF, and the Golden Gate from over here… Upon arrival, we settled in, enjoyed the epic sunset views, and then sang some Christmas songs and did a short service\devotion. Afterwards, we feasted on so much delicious food and enjoyed each other’s company. We also had many fun games, did our white elephant, and ended the night with Santa coming in to finally distribute all the goodies and presents to everyone. To top the night off, we surprised Auntie Carol since it was also her birthday! Then the very next morning, we enjoyed breakfast, packed everything up, enjoyed the views last minute and then said our good-byes (after taking large group photos with everyone out in front of the place we rented). We had lots of fun indeed! ‘Til next time, safe travels and happy holidays!

Facts about Yemen
Two years of relentless conflict in Yemen have devastated the lives of millions of people. Yemen is now facing a protection and humanitarian crisis that is quickly engulfing a large part of its population. An alarming 18.8 million people - almost two thirds of the population - need some kind of humanitarian or protection support. Some 10.3 million are in acute need of assistance. This means they need aid to sustain their lives. This man-made disaster has been brutal on civilians. Currently, 17 million people are food insecure while a staggering seven million people do not know where their next meal is coming from and are at risk of famine. At least three million people have fled their homes, public services have broken down, less than half of the health centres are functional and medicine and equipment are limited. Access to safe water has become a major challenge and the lack of proper sanitation has increased the risk of communicable diseases.
