After a cloudburst the clouds dissolved at the horizon, just in time to let the setting sun illuminate these rocks.

There is water at the bottom of the ocean
Under the water, carry the water
Remove the water from the bottom of the ocean
Water dissolving and water removing"

Video di presentazione della mostra "percorsi di luce" di Claudio Parente - 2009
I already did one from this place, but this came out looking much better than I thought it would.
For those that played along with today I learned, thanks, that was so fun.
My face is almost back to normal. The stiches on my face are self dissolving and are almost gone. The ones in my arm weren't and had to be pulled out. Ouch. Anyway, I'm on the mend. Looking for property in Galveston. Seems, I'm not the only one. Turns out, Galveston is a hot market. That's disappointing. I may have to look else where for my ocean view.
Because the rock consists of limestone (which is slowly dissolved by rainwater) more than 100 caves have formed in the rock. The most famous cave is St. Michael's Cave. The largest chamber in the cave, the Cathedral Cave, was long thought to be so large that it extended all the way to Africa. The Cathedral Cave is now regularly used for concerts and other events.
Archaeological research in Gorham's Cave and other caves has shown that the caves were inhabited by Neanderthals. More than 100 artifacts have been found in Gorham's Cave, dated between 24,000 and 28,000 years old. Plant and animal remains in the caves have shown that the Neanderthals had a varied diet.
Jaspyr, thinking.
He is watching Aspyn and Salyx, playing in the garden. This is a few moments before he decided to leap joyfully into the fray...Lots of chasing and tumbling ensued. They had a great time!

🎶 I just wanted you to watch me dissolve, slowly
In a pool full of your love
I don't even know how the chemistry works
When you're poolside
Kicking in the dirt, kicking in the sand
And stirring up trouble🎶

Chair Pose #2 - Still in colour!
Apologies for the title, I was playing with a Haiku
generator, seeing if a nice set of words might describe this pic ;p With the usual prompting, it offered something like this:
Meandering thoughts
A natural order sung
in spite of the thought
Maybe this is a reason why we might like to have more AI's
in our lives; Its wonderful to be able to blame someone else for our silliness ;p

” Where have the shadows gone. Maybe dissolved when daylight left. They come and go in light of day. They love to play their crazy games. Shadows of dames. All in relation to time. Strange creatures. They are just shadows. Turn off the light. They vanish. Turn on the light. They’re back. Their own position changes. In a perfect stance. By light enhanced. We are the free spirits in dark shadows. “
Rest hope you all enjoy amsy work as always ^^

This is an abstract and intimate photograph
A stock cube in a pot in the water that is about to boil but the figure seems unrecognizable and dissolved It is a photo of fragmented perception because we never see reality as it is, we always see it filtered, distorted and mediated
The photo does not show but suggests.

Don't go far off, not even for a day, because --
because -- I don't know how to say it: a day is long
and I will be waiting for you, as in an empty station
when the trains are parked off somewhere else, asleep.
Don't leave me, even for an hour, because
then the little drops of anguish will all run together,
the smoke that roams looking for a home will drift
into me, choking my lost heart.
Oh, may your silhouette never dissolve on the beach;
may your eyelids never flutter into the empty distance.
Don't leave me for a second, my dearest,
because in that moment you'll have gone so far
I'll wander mazily over all the earth, asking,
Will you come back? Will you leave me here, dying?

For few last days all the clouds were dissolving into nothing by the time of sunset. This evening it looked a bit more promising, so I decided to give it a go. This image of the setting sun over Bristol was taken from a small path off the Cotswold way, a 102-mile long National trail going through Bath and surrounding area. This route is popular with walkers and tourists and in addition too spectacular views overlooking the river Severn estuary and Bristol it also has a section that runs along the place where the battle of Lansdowne was fought in 1643 between Royalists and Parliamentarians during the First English Civil War en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Lansdowne. This historical part of the route is well marked with battlefield markers at the top of Lansdown Hill, and include Sir Grenville’s Monument (www.flickr.com/photos/sergeysmirnov/50149930463/). They are a group of seven lagoons located in the Atacama Desert in northern Chile, at an altitude of 2,400 meters (8,000 feet). The lagoons are known for their crystal-clear turquoise waters and their stunning contrast with the surrounding white salt flat.
The Stone Lagoon (Laguna Piedra) is the only lagoon in the group that is open for swimming. The high concentration of salt in the water makes it very buoyant, so we can easily float on the surface. The other lagoons are not suitable for swimming, but they can be explored on foot or by kayak.
The Baltinache Lagoons are a popular tourist destination, but they are also a sacred site for the local Atacameño people. The lagoons are believed to be home to spirits and are used for traditional ceremonies.
Here are some interesting facts about the Stone and Baltinache Lagoons:
The lagoons are formed by underground springs that rise to the surface and dissolve the salt in the ground.
The water in the lagoons is very salty, even saltier than the ocean.
The lagoons are home to a variety of plants and animals, including algae, brine shrimp, and flamingos.
The Stone Lagoon is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and taking photos.
The other lagoons are not suitable for swimming, but they can be explored on foot or by kayak.
The Baltinache Lagoons are a sacred site for the local Atacameño people.
If you are planning to visit the Stone and Baltinache Lagoons, be sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. The sun is very strong in the Atacama Desert, and the salt in the water can be irritating to the skin. It is also important to bring plenty of water, as there are no stores or restaurants near the lagoons.
Dissolving the lines between jazz, rock and electronic music, St. Barbe create a rich and expansive sound world fuelled by high-octane improvisation, ethereal textures and complex beats. Their debut EP 'Shapeless' was released in January 2021 and garnered support from Spotify's editorial jazz playlist, accumulating over 3,000,000 streams.
Are you dissolving apart from one another until your on your own, or are you coming together to make one, sometimes in life we all have to go off on our own but other times we need one another, but still life takes it’s toll 9/15/20
The street becomes abstraction – the lines of the façade dissolve into patterns, the sky moves, everything is dissolving except the architectural structure in the background. You're photographing the movement itself, not the scene. It is a photo of distorted perception: this is how we see the world when we are not present, when we move too fast to fix our gaze.

Tawny Emperor butterfly sipping dissolved minerals from roadside gravel.
Commonly found near Hackberry trees and can be confused with the similar Hackberry Emperor butterfly.
The Zebras are back.

From US Forest Service
The zebra longwing butterfly or zebra heliconian, Heliconius charithonia, is unmistakable with its long narrow wings, which are striped black and pale yellow. This species is common in Mexico and Central America and it is also found in most of Florida and in some areas of Texas, where it can be seen year round.
They fly slowly and gracefully and are not easily startled. They gather in roosts to spend the night returning to the same place daily; all this making it easy to observe them. After mating the female lays eggs on one of several species of passion flower plants Passiflora. The caterpillars feed on these plants and acquire some of their toxins; this makes them distasteful to predators. The striking colors and pattern of the adults advertise their toxicity (my addition - keeping predators away).
An unusual feature of the longwing, or heliconian, butterflies is that the adults are relatively long lived. Most other butterflies live only a few weeks, but heliconians continue to live and to lay eggs for several months. Their tropical or semitropical habitat makes this possible; furthermore the feeding habits of the adults are important in prolonging their lives. The adults feed on nectar of flowers, like most other butterflies, but a special characteristic of heliconian butterflies is that they can also feed on pollen.
Most butterflies can only sip fluids with their specialized mouth parts, but the heliconian butterflies take some pollen as well as nectar. Their saliva enables them to dissolve the pollen and to take their nutrients. Pollen is very nutritious, rich in proteins, unlike nectar which contains almost no proteins, just sugars. This diet allows the butterflies to prolong their lives and also enables them to continue producing eggs for several months. As a consequence they are more dependent on flowers than other types of butterflies and this makes them good pollinators.
Again, my addition - Here the Zebra is feeding on a Firebush.

Just as my toe sunk into the hot water
(of my readied and waiting bathtub)
it began to snow.
The first snow of the season is always the best.
The Autumn is already nostalgic.
The winter feeling is here.
The inside thoughts are becoming outside thoughts.
Sipping on sake, imagining the sounds of mountains.
Imagination is a drifting light that melts on your fingertips.
Until weeks of the stuff, then it sticks forever.
You carry it with you from home to home like a virus.
It is always with you.
There are only 49 days left of this year.
What will you make of it?
What will you make of yourself?
