Mittwoch maritim aktuell – Heute Morgen (31.08.2022 – 07:40) lief das Kreuzfahrtschiff „DISNEY MAGIC“ das zweite Mal in diesem Jahr Warnemünde an. Am 05.08.2022 konnte ich bereits dieses schöne Schiff fotografieren.

Der 300 Meter lange Kreuzliner wurde in Italien gebaut, 1998 in Dienst gestellt und fährt unter der Flagge der Bahamas. 3.600 Passagiere können mitfahren - die Besatzungsstärke ist 945.

Letzter Hafen war Ijmuiden bei Amsterdam (Niederlande) und heute Abend wird das Schiff Kurs auf Kopenhagen (Dänemark) nehmen.

The first of many visits to the city in a short period as the cruise ships work their way back to a full agenda which has been a great thing for the city of Liverpool as we have had no shortage of great liners to photograph.

Samstag maritim – Gestern (05.08.2022) Morgen Doppelanlauf der Kreuzfahrtschiffe „NORWEGIAN DAWN“ und danach die „Disney Magic“. Es war ein sehr trüber Tagesbeginn und später begann es zu regnen. Das Glück der zahlreich anwesenden Fotografen war, dass die Sonne ganz kurz ihre Strahlen auf die beiden Kreuzfahrtschiffe sandte.

Hier auf dem Bild die „NORWEGIAN DAWN“ – sie ist ca. 90 Minuten früher eingelaufen und ist bereits fest an der Pier 7 vertäut. Die „Disney Magic“ läuft vorbei und wird dann aber gleich nach rechts eindrehen und mit Bug voraus an der Pier 8 anlegen. Hier deutlich zu sehen, was für ein schönes Hinterteil (Heck) dieses Schiff hat.

Heute (06.08.2022, 06:45) liegt die „NORWEGIAN DAWN“ in Kiel - die „Disney Magic“ fährt im Kattegat und wird am frühen Sonntagmorgen in Stavanger (Norwegen) eintreffen.

Disney Cruises, vessel "Disney Magic" glides silently into, Liverpool bringing a splash of colour to a grey morning. I love the look of this ship.

We are greatly missing the cruise ship visits to Liverpool, in this strange year, so far....

Für die „Disney Magic“ war es für 2022 ein Erstanlauf in Warnemünde – letzter Hafen war Skagen (DK). Das 300 Meter lange Schiff wurde in Italien gebaut, 1998 in Dienst gestellt und fährt unter der Flagge der Bahamas.

Disney Magic visited the port on the 14th , and joined in with a sounding of the horns tribute for Queen Elizabeth. alongside her are the pilot boats and Snowdrop Mersey Ferry ..

A maritime tribute held on the River Mersey gathered in front of the Three Graces,consisting of tugs , pilot boats and small craft as well as the two Mersey Ferries and in port that day Disney Magic ..

Samstag maritim – Szene aus Ende August 2022 auf dem Rostocker Seekanal.

Links am Passagierkai der Kreuzfahrer „DISNEY MAGIC“ – dann die Fähre „COPENHAGEN“ einlaufend. Sie hatte mit der Fahrt stoppen müssen, um den Tanker „MINERVA KARTERIA gefahrlos vorbeilaufen zu lassen.

Der Tanker „MINERVA KARTERIA“ hat Rohöl aus Libyen gebracht und nun verlässt er den Seehafen Rostock in Richtung Ostsee. Allein für das Ablegemanöver waren 4 Hafenschlepper als Hilfe im Einsatz. Das Schiff ist 250 Meter lang, wurde 2018 in Dienst gestellt und fährt unter der Flagge von Griechenland.

Aktuell (08.10.2022) ist das Schiff im Indischen Ozean unterwegs – der genaue Zielhafen ist aktuell nicht bekannt.

The Disney Magic cruise ship arrived in Liverpool again and the city laid on a Disney themed day of celebrations. Disney movies played on open air screens and the Pier Head was packed with families all enjoying the festivities. As she sailed on to Dublin a firework display marked the end of a fabulous day. This is a montage of fireworks layered over each other, shot from Woodside on the Wirral.

I never tire of this ship, a fine looking vessel and i would imagine fabulously decorated inside ..When you wish upon a Star for a horn sounds really great when departing a port ..

I dont know what is going to happen to all the cruises but hopefully in time we will see some of them working their way around the World ..

A month ago in Dover parked up I captured these three .. Later on that evening,Majesty of the Seas departed but Disney Magic is still there today! Obviously not being able to go home due to the continuing virus pandemic ,with Majesty just along the coast near Weymouth .. The Channel is becoming a floating station as Weymouth has about ten cruise ships from different companies ...

Arriving early morning in Liverpool , the beautiful Disney Magic here for the day , bit of a dark cloud welcome but as she docked the sun came out , and hopefully later on I'll get some sunnier photos , but as the time was 0700 the sun would have been direct behind her so im glad it didnt come out till after I finished grabbing my pics !

The cruise ship Disney Magic about to pass the oil rigs and enter the Cromarty Firth this morning, before spending the day at Invergordon.

The level of energy and excitement the first time I was up there was incredible. I actually got a little teary with happiness!
