Only disc golf in Armenia. In website they say that ticket fee may apply on weekends when there are more players. In real life of course there's nobody:D Baskets are just next to each other 35-50m from each other. Par 2 I guess.

Built up with 9-speed Shimano (Dura-Ace/ Ultegra mix) here. I ended up putting Shimano 105 back on it and selling it.
1960 DeSoto Fireflite
The car was made with drum brakes front & rear. The rear axle was tapered and keyed, and the old drums (shown above) had to be turned on the hub using a machine no-one has anymore. The first time we tried to remove one of the rear hubs the axle broke, so I had the whole rear end replaced with one from a 1970 Challenger, which bolted right in (needed a different center piece). Now I can buy new rear brake parts anywhere.
The front drums have been a constant problem, so they were replaced with disc brakes (shown above). What a difference - the car stops smoothly and quietly and is far more fun to drive now! Before, if someone cut you off and you had to brake hard, the car might shimmy from side to side, and at random times the brakes squealed louder than a garbage truck even with new brake shoes. I should have replaced them years ago.
The Phaistos Disc (Phaistos Disk, Phaestos Disc) is a curious archaeological find, likely dating to the middle or late Minoan Bronze Age. It's not that I don't like the baskets in the disc golf course in Meilahti - it's more that I'm in awe at the sadism of the course designers

Here's your very own redneck disc sander. I raised it to full height and screwed it down with a layer of black craft foam in between to reduce noise. I cut away the front half of the metal shroud and built a platform with hinges so I can easily replace the disc. Topped the platform with a layer of self-adhesive craft foam to protect soft woods from scuffs and marks from sawdust or the platform, itself.
The sanding disk was really easy. I just bought a 7 1/4" metal cutting blade and used a good layer of spray adhesive to attach a full sheet of sandpaper on both sides. I cut away the excess leaving a perfectly flat sanding disc. I can peel off the sandpaper when I need to, put on another thin layer of adhesive and a new sheet of sand paper. It costs about 75% less than buying pre-cut stick-on discs. Overall, this project has saved the charity over $120 and significantly cut recurring material costs.
When I have a little more time, I'll take out the bolts out and completely remove the shroud. I'll fabricate it's own metal stand that attaches at the same places that the shroud does now and upgrade it to a 10" disc. I'm also going to splice an on/off switch into the power cord.
