A victim of the Removal of Direction Signs Order of 1940. Should read 'From/Newton/5/Miles/'. Milestones were sometimes defaced to obscure the information on them so that in the event of invasion the enemy would not know where they were. In addition to this finger posts were removed and other milestones were buried. Whilst many were replaced post war, many others were not, this is an extremely rare example from Devon.
What is wrong with this picture?
HINT: Look at the sign. =)
Seriously though, riding around in a cab around Shanghai has a distinct feel of a video game. No one sticks to their lane and it's essentially a free-for-all for pedestrians and motorists. I hear that hitting someone is an automatic 200,000RMB fine (plus hospital bills).

photograph foregrounds the volume of a three-dimensional object. Also creates harmony and variety by foregrounding a comparison between disparate shapes and/or forms.

Try to 'splain confusion -
end up with a headache.
Maybe I'll turn out right.
'cause theres a twisting n' a turning -
a vexing and a toiling
has me turned inside out.
seventeen errors away -
got you on my mind.
SO, WHEN -
Everythings deceiving and
caution throws.an.errant.glance
the other way -
wind blows thru your hair so cold,
and bites you on the shoulder
subtracting words you may
not say.
And as Rhyming as a reflex
is
nails on a chalkboard
tape these lines together let me give you
a placebo of the way I feel right now.
'Cause nothing equals nothing, can't feel
it thru the heartache -
I really just don't know how.
