Les bourdons apprécient ces fleurs pourtant toxiques pour nous autres. En effet, toutes les parties de la digitale pourpre, fleurs, feuilles, graines et racines sont extrêmement toxiques.
~~Et pourtant, la digitale est une plante gracieuse qui déploie ses hautes hampes florales délicatement colorées dans nos jardins durant toute la belle saison.
