The Digital Innovation Board is one of the three main vehicles of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance for Digital Development, a flagship initiative of the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The newly appointed Digital Innovation Board and each of its esteemed Members will immensely contribute to shaping an inclusive digital future for all, as the Alliance aims to accelerate digital transformation by fostering local digital innovation and entrepreneurial capacities.

Today customer experience has surpassed product and pricing as the one major brand differentiator. Brands that fail to deliver the best possible customer experience will likely deliver less than optimal returns regardless of having a world-class product. To seamlessly create a more engaged business-to-consumer interaction and a great experience for customers, retailers need more tools at their disposal, with AI as their first choice.
With only 4.6% of girls in higher education choosing STEEAM careers, UNDP Moldova is actively supporting women's integration in science and technology. Initiatives like the 'Tekwill in Every School' Programme have achieved about 50% female participation.
