Countdown to Hermeto – Day 6 🎶

Sharing the 7th album in the lead-up to the magical night with Hermeto Pascoal at Melkweg on July 29th. Today I’m celebrating the Brazilian trio Tuyo, especially for their breathtaking collaboration with Arthur Verocai on 'Apazigua'.

At first, the album was only released as a 10×File, AAC, Album, 256 kbps — strictly digital. My nephew and I were wishing so hard for a vinyl release, especially after hearing those Verocai strings — his orchestral soul, texture, and harmony just need that analog space.

Then came the surprise: Tuyo’s album finally dropped on vinyl via Noize Record Club, in a stunning orange-colored pressing. I grabbed my copy straight from Brazil through @maletadiscos — much love to them for making it possible. The track Apazigua is pure beauty — subtle, rich, and deeply emotional. Verocai’s touch is unmistakable, and Tuyo brings a raw modern edge that balances it perfectly.

🌀 And how much my nephew and I have dreamed of hearing a full album by Hermeto Pascoal & Arthur Verocai together. Please, let that wish come true someday. 🙏✨
