(AMD/ATI Inc.). Mr. Tsao’s management background is broad-based with vast experience in growth, mature, and developing companies in both the United States and Asia Pacific. He has held a number of senior management positions in product development, product marketing, business development and strategic sales within ATI Inc., Trident Microsystems Inc., Nortel, Apple Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and SIIC Kehua Corp. Mr. Tsao holds a B.S. in EECS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UC Santa Cruz.
