elBulli - During the summer Somerset House hosted a major retrospective exhibition on the seminal restaurant elBulli and it's creator Ferran Adrià . Widely regarded as the world best restaurant the exhibition displayed a behind the scenes look at the restaurant, it's chef and his laboratory kitchens where he created his masterpieces.
Working with Studio Emmi we produced and installed a wide variety of digital print and cut vinyl, the following photos show a small taste of some of the work.
These custom bat-mitzvah invitations were designed for the sweet Madeleine Hart. She and her parents didn't want anything too formal and stuffy feeling and I think these design elements from Envelopments helped create that feeling. They also wanted to incorporate the grandfather's painting somewhere.
We printed the full suite on a smooth ecru card stock & used both thermographic and digital printing techniques. Adding the thermography to the text on the invite created a special touch and made the invitation pop more. It is all about the details! To incorporate the painting we printed it digitally on the back of the invitation.

The guys at Landform have done it again this year with another Gold Medal winning garden at the RHS Hampton Court show. Our small part in this fantastic show garden was to produce a large digitally printed mesh banner which ran along the rear wall.
