A reply from my local MP Richard Shepherd regarding my concerns on the Digital Economy Bill (http://services.parliament.uk/bills/2009-10/digitaleconomy.html). I respect Mr Shepherd and I know he has much bigger concerns than this bill, but this response is just a generic Conservatives Party response reflecting their opinion on the matter... which doesn't fill me with confidence.
