I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o"er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
...............................................................
I gazed--and gazed--but little thought
What wealth the show to me had
brought:
For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.
William Wordsworth, 1804
I employed several new techniques I came up with on this one so I think of it as more of a prototype. Still it almost gets at what I was trying to do so I'm going to post it.

The Brasilia Digital TV Tower, also known as cerrado flower, is an underconstruction broadcast tower which is going to make digital television signal available for the whole Federal District of Brazil. Despite having been initially planned to open to the public on April 21st 2010, as a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the City of Brasilia, the tower was only inaugurated two years later on April 21, 2012.
The tower has been projected by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer and has cost R$ 75 million.
The tower is 180 meters tall, from which 120 meters correspond to a concrete structure and the rest to the metallic structure of the television antenna. Moreover, two glass observatories will complete the structure. The highest one - at 80 meters above the floor - will contain a restaurant with a panoramic view. The other one will be used as an art gallery.

For Hero Arts May challenge focusing on flowers. For each of the 3D flowers I cut out the same Hero Arts Silhouette shape flower 4 times, scrunched them up, and stacked them together to create the dimension. I also cut some in green and cut them apart to use as leaves.

When I was down at Fairburn today I was talking to some other photographers about how I was looking forward to macro season again. I know some people have managed to do it through the winter but I've been focusing on wildlife and landscape. I thought I'm sure i've got loads I haven't done anything with. A quick look and I found this little jumper that I found in Namibia. It was on a hand rail in the Etosha national park.

10th September 2015
There were many moments in the last few months which made me feel like I was mindlessly following external concepts in different areas of life. I'm still feeling that way, except for the fact, that once I've realised it, it doesn't feel as mindlessly anymore.
