After the initial press release, much talk and speculation on the worldwide web, and official Bandai advertisements, digimon was finally released in Australia in the second quarter 1998.

Name derivation – From the nordic word, Helheim, which is the underworld in Nordic mythology.
Tamer – Joseph/Joey Sawyer
Helheimon is a villainous digimon and is Manimon's Dark ultimate form. He is also a mirror image of his vaccine self with a few colour differences. As Helheimon, his personality is more sinister and disapproving of human contact. He attacks and destroys any and all he comes in contact with no matter if they are infected with the malicious virus or not.
Cold hearted, he refuses to acknowledge Joey as his tamer and will threaten to kill him if he Joey doesn't leave him alone, but doesn't seem to be able to bring himself to actually harm his tamer, as if deep inside, he knows that Joey is his friend. It is rumoured that befriending a Helheimon will make the digimon less sinister and more protective of their friends.
Helheimon has 3 moves that he takes pride is using. The first one is called “Soul Prison”. This move captures and imprisons the data of other digimon, storing them in his hammer. The more digimon data he collects, the stronger he becomes. The only way to free the data in the hammer is to some how persuade him to release them. This move can also be used to save a digimon's life by absorbing the scattering data from a digimon that is dying them releasing it inside the dying digimon's digital core, bonding the data and the core back together. But since he can only do this one at a time, he only does it when appropriate.
The second move is called “Puppet Master”. He uses this move after he using “Soul Prison”. He releases a small portion of the data he collects, giving it back to the digimon he stole it from and uses the trapped digimon as a puppet. Making the digimon do what ever he wants them to do, including attacking their own friends.
The third move is called “Underworld Flames”. His hammer is engulfed in super heated flames which he uses to impact his opponents. He can use this move by slamming the hammers head to the ground, creating a wave of fire and by using it as a kicking move by jumping high in the air and kicking his opponents forcefully with his flaming hoofed feet.
This is a story of survival in a strange new world.
