I have always struggled somewhat with getting the horizon straight in

my photographs...so much so that this phenomenon has gained the

nickname "Johnson horizon".

Exasperated at my own ineptitude, I hit upon this as a solution.

This is one of my more recent photos of the John Hancock Tower in Boston, MA taken from across the street from it on St. James Avenue from the angle of St. James Avenue and Temple Place. I was purposely going for this diagonal look which was why I decided to go with a closer look.
