When people are subjected to cyber bullying it usually results in many horrible outcomes. Either the victim begins to believe the bully and feel badly about themselves which could result in suicide or self destructive behavior. Or the victim internalizes the issues and does not retaliate which in return makes the bully feel that this behavior is acceptable and the cycle of abuse continues.

Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is a country-wide rights’ based organization devoting its services for marginalized communities of Pakistan for more than a decade. SPO works across Pakistan through its partner organizations and networks mobilized and sensitized on the issues of Democratic Governance, Social Justice, and Peace and Social Harmony As you know, terrorism is substantially increasing day by day in Pakistan. We believe that the horrors of extremism can only be mitigated if well-meaning organisations can bring together all those who have commitment to the Peace and co-operation with others. We believe that if the likeminded people get together and hold awareness seminars, dialogues and conferences which can motivate, galvanize, organize and integrate the people that will countervail force pulling people apart it becomes destructive and dangerous to the peaceful people of Pakistan

So, SPO is going to organize a National Peace Conference “Peace is the only way forward” on Saturday, November 21, 2009, in Ramada Hotel, Multan.

A diagram of Destructive Waves

Source: www.canaryzoo.com/Geog/destructive waves.gif

It isn't often that a destructive wildfire comes so close to threatening your home and livelihood, but today, was one of those days.

Earlier this afternoon, I awoke from a mid-afternoon nap to the sound of a loud helicopter flying unusually low over the house. It woke me to the point where I couldn't go back to sleep, so I checked Facebook, only to see a post from my next door neighbor alerting us to the smell of smoke and a very large cloud behind the house.

Right away, I soon discovered that a large fire erupted less than two miles away, and placed all of Lake Limerick under an evacuation advisory. Thankfully, we were not evacuated, but almost a thousand Sheltonians have been.

I began taking these about an hour after the fire began, with the last photo taken approximately seven hours later. It is presently estimated at nearly 300 acres, with 0% containment.

Let's keep all those affected in our thoughts tonight.

Worthy to note:

This fire burned in an area which previously burned in October, 2012. Those photos can be seen here:

A clip from that immense television production from 1969 called 'Civilisation' written and narrated by Lord Kenneth Clark an Establishment figure for the BBC. Ten hours on Man's creativity that stopped the world on its first broadcast. It still works.

I upload this as the USA President Trump once again brandishes an overwhelming sense of entitlement. Great wealth plays havoc with a sense of balance. Like a small child.

DAVOS update: just seen him speaking Davos about his tenure in Office. Two words eventually came to my mind: 'selective attention.' He is clearly a Protectionist President intent on using economic tools to affect his aims. Selective attention is for the public ear. Basically anything positive for him is talked-up. If the numbers he recites were really real then all Americans would be safe and prosperous. But do they translate to personal affect? Only individual Americans can tell me about that. Or a free Press.

He completely demolished any idea of human global hurt. Windmills took it up the centrifuge. Oil and gas even coal was lauded as the way forward. The UK, he said, is sitting on one of the biggest oil reserves thus undermining Labour policy and Leader.

Will his approach take over the world? He stated the Greenland rare earth are virtually inaccessible and he has no intention of military intervention. Security is everything. And ego.

If life is money and money is life then his way is destructive. At the end of world war two there was something I could call spiritual happening in the darkness of its shadow. A kind of knowing, a pan-empathy. I hope it is considered in our views on how it is now.

"Constructive Oar Destructive Interference?"

Droplets of water drip off the oars in this photograph and create waves in the lake. When these waves come together, they interfere with each other. A property called constructive interference occurs when the waves add together to make a larger wave, but only if both waves are displaced upward or downward. However, destructive interference occurs if the if the waves come together in opposite orientation. In destructive interference, the waves cancel out, resulting in no waves as long as the magnitude of the two waves are equal.

The distance between the two droplets affects the amount of interference that occurs. When the oars are closer together, the constructive and destructive patterns are wider apart because less interference is occurring. When the oars are further apart, more interference occurs.

About my pictures:

Since 2014 I've been documenting the daily, destructive, poisonous chemtrail activity in the Dayton, Ohio area -- home of the notorious Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (visited by every important person on Earth, and even a few Aliens ;-) -- and apparently from my photo and video documentation, Chemtrail Central. This area has been getting chemtrailed on a massive, daily basis and is being conducted, as they say, “in plain sight”. I've got over 10,000 high-resolution pictures already uploaded and available for free on Flickr, with thousands more on the way:

www.flickr.com/photos/133042043@N04/albums

Additional Chemtrail videos may be found on:

www.youtube.com/user/BlueRidgeParkway

I am designating all my chemtrail pictures uploaded to Flickr as CC0 (Creative Commons Zero), which removes my copyright and releases them into the Public Domain. They are archived on Flickr under "Chem Trailchaser". I hope by making these images widely available, it will accelerate interest, research, study and more documentation from all over the world. Please, download, copy, backup, mirror, share, use and improve as many of these photos as you can! Thanks for looking - Chem

The 1924 Lorain, Ohio tornado was one of the deadliest and most destructive tornadoes in Ohio history, striking the industrial city of Lorain on June 28, 1924, and leaving devastation that shocked the entire nation. During the early twentieth century, Lorain was a thriving steel and shipbuilding community along the shore of Lake Erie, populated by thousands of factory workers and immigrant families who had come to the area seeking employment and opportunity. On the afternoon of June 28, weather conditions across northern Ohio became increasingly dangerous as heat and humidity combined with powerful storm systems moving across the region. Around 5:00 p.m., a violent tornado formed west of the city and moved northeast toward Lorain with terrifying speed and force. Residents had little warning because weather forecasting technology in 1924 was primitive compared to modern systems; there were no radar networks, emergency sirens, or television broadcasts to alert people of approaching danger. Many citizens did not realize the seriousness of the storm until the tornado was already entering the city. Witnesses described the tornado as a massive black funnel cloud surrounded by lightning, roaring winds, and flying debris that darkened the sky like night. As the tornado tore into Lorain, winds estimated at more than 200 miles per hour destroyed homes, churches, schools, factories, and businesses within minutes. Entire neighborhoods were flattened as buildings were ripped from their foundations and shattered into splinters. Streets became blocked with debris, overturned vehicles, broken glass, and fallen utility poles, while electric and telephone lines were destroyed, cutting communication across the city. The waterfront and industrial districts suffered especially severe damage as railroad cars were overturned, factory buildings collapsed, and boats along the Black River and Lake Erie shoreline were tossed aside by the storm’s tremendous power. Many residents were trapped beneath collapsed buildings, and families became separated during the chaos. The tornado caused horrifying loss of life, killing approximately 85 people in Lorain alone and injuring hundreds more, making it one of the deadliest tornadoes ever recorded in Ohio. Additional destruction occurred in nearby communities including Sandusky, bringing the total death toll across northern Ohio to around 90 people. Hospitals quickly became overcrowded as doctors and nurses struggled to care for victims suffering from broken bones, severe cuts, burns, and internal injuries. Rescue workers, volunteers, and ordinary citizens searched through wreckage for survivors and recovered bodies for days after the storm. Thousands of residents were left homeless, forcing emergency shelters to open in schools, churches, and public buildings. Relief efforts from neighboring communities, charitable organizations, and the American Red Cross provided food, clothing, medical supplies, and financial aid to survivors trying to rebuild their lives. Newspapers across the country carried dramatic stories and photographs of the destruction, bringing national attention to the disaster and to the courage displayed by Lorain residents during the recovery effort. Despite the enormous tragedy, the people of Lorain demonstrated remarkable resilience as they rebuilt homes, businesses, and factories over the following years. The tornado also had a lasting impact on weather science and disaster preparedness in the United States because storms of this magnitude highlighted the need for better forecasting and public warning systems. At the time, meteorologists often avoided using the word “tornado” in forecasts because officials feared causing panic, but disasters like the Lorain tornado eventually encouraged improvements in severe weather detection and communication. Today, the 1924 Lorain tornado remains an important event in Ohio history and serves as a reminder of both the destructive power of nature and the strength communities can show during times of tragedy.

They are rapidly multiplying and deleting the population of small tropicals, and have moved into inshore shallow waters here. Saw this one yesterday, and went back to find him today in nearly the same spot. It was eliminated just after this shot.

This lovely but very invasive wetland plant was blooming everywhere in the Horicon Marsh. Not native to Wisconsin, its rapid spread and growth is endangering the native plant species not only in this marsh, but all across the whole U.S. except for Florida.

In fact, the day I was visiting and photographing, Horicon Marsh Volunteers were hand digging out these plants wherever they saw one that was accessible. While many gardeners would love to have this beautiful plant in their garden and landscape, it is against the law to own and grow it due to its destructive effect on the native vegetation and ecosystem balance.

ours is a school bus, a veggie oil schoolbus, thinking of what pat said earlier about the way of life being destructive unsustainable, feeling that deeply in most of north america, europe, people in our awareness of humanity western civilization, is not humanity don't believe that we can ever go back, we need new ways to sustain ourselves, k-cote being that opportunity to do it and show others it can be done. in the school bus tradition, running on gas but eventually that will run out, so veggie oil and elbow grease and fat of the land, trash the world throws away that powers our education mobile! the resources are there, community is there, just takes a focused push in the right direction, the steering wheel we dodge bureaucrats, or run them down! some of the labeling elaborates on the frame of the bus, symbolizing the way a community shelters and supports each other, support for complete support, cant live unless help everyone. only been to a couple of weekends and met few staff and board, still very new, so don't know how big or influential it is in peoples lives individually, but see as possibilities could be SO STRONG that way, made of steel, the door a retreat centre, inviting newcomers to come and be on board, look around, and think geez? didn't think you could run on veggie oil, and go home and think about it some more. the windows, can't be blackened, the windows we see the new ideas, new initiatives, weed out the ones that don't work, "oh that idea can make us more efficient", bring it on board. that's it for labeling, except for the point of who it carries... it carries each other, supporting each other, people are there because they want to be there. you can't come in and be held by hand, we can show you the door, show you the possibilities, but can't support people, it's a two way street, everyone has to participate or it doesn't work, it ties in with the engine, only way it works is if people see the opportunity for it and say DO IT community initiative, like this what do we want, how are we going to get there, who going to do it? ok let's do it. that's the Kimbercote Express.

The Sustainable Ecosystems Advanced Project (SEA) project's overall objective is improved conservation and management of Indonesia’s marine biodiversity through improved capacity and practical application of marine conservation and sustainable fisheries management. To evaluate the impact of SEA, USAID/Indonesia is supporting a rigorous impact evaluation (IE) that will focus primarily on measuring the impact of project activities implemented at the community or village level, including programming approaches designed to create demand for biodiversity conservation and sustainable fisheries, improve ecosystem management, and increase incentives for marine stewardship. This mural is in downtown Cincinnati - on the Mainstay Rock Bar building at 5th and Plum. It was created by Portuguese street artist, Alexandre Farto, better known as Vhils.

He did an artist in residency at the BLDG gallery in Covington. It took him around 12 hours to complete this mural. Vhils takes street art to a whole new level with his deconstructed street portraits. He creates striking multi-textural faces in decaying brick walls by meticulously chipping away at the wall’s weathered layers.
