Sanganeri Hand block printing is a centuries-old Indian art form that uses a hand-carved teak wood block to print garments.This catalog is inspired from traditional motifs of flowers.

By Messrs Joseph (Principal Designer Frances Milton Cashmore), 1931. Sculptor WCH King. Art Deco office block. Portland stone. Eleven to fifteen storeys high with flat roof. To river: a symmetrical facade of 17 bays, stepped inwards to the upper storeys and culminating in a short central tower with clock and buttresses with inset sculpted figures. Open round arched arcade to ground floor. Square headed windows set in giant relieving arches rising from ninth to eleventh floors in fourth and fourteenth bays and to returns. Arched window below clock and to returns of tower. Metal framed casements.
The building was for many years the London headquarters of Shell Mex and BP for which it was built. Shell-Mex & BP was a joint venture company created in 1932, when they decided to merge their United Kingdom marketing operations. Upon the UK marketing separation of Shell and BP in 1976, Shell Mex House became the head office of Shell UK. The clock, which was known for a time as "Big Benzene", has the largest clock faces in the UK. At 7.62 metres in diameter it eclipsed Big Ben’s 7m clock faces and the 7.6m clock faces on the Liver Building in Liverpool.

I've got this doll since ever (2002 maybe), she arrived during one of the first International (from USA) transaction I took in the early era of the web stores. She was actually a doll I didn't purchased, the vendor wrongly sent me her; I had ordered insted 3 Silkstone Lingerie #3 Barbies, two arrived but the third was this one. I did't sent her back because it took almost one year (no joke, I sent many emails and many phone calls to US) to arrive the package in Italy; I was too frustrated to start over again... and, at last, I love her!
Ho questa bambola da sempre (mi sembra dal 2002); è arrivata in una delle primissime transazioni internazionali (dall'America) che ho fatto, erano gli anni di esordio dei negozi virtuali E' una bambola che a dire il vero non avevo acquistato, la venditrice me l'ha spedita per errore. Avevo invece ordinato tre Barbie Silkstone Lingerie #3; due sono arrivate, la terza era questa. Non l'ho rimandata indietro perché mi ci era voluto quasi un anno per l'arrivo del pacco (non sto scherzando, c'è stata una lunga corrispondenza di Email con la venditrice e anche chiamate telefoniche verso gli States). Ero troppo frustato per ricominciare tutto da capo... e alla fine, mi piace moltissimo! :D

Designer SQ Elsa and Hans boxed, with slipcover off.
I have finally deboxed the Designer Fairytale Snow Queen Elsa and Hans Doll Set (2015). My set is #4597 of 6000. It was the only set that I didn't get at the Disney Store raffle, so I had to order her online. I show the set boxed, during deboxing and fully deboxed. After deboxing them, I place them back on their display stand, in a different pose.
I was a little surprised that Elsa has the body construction of the 2012 DS Classic Princess dolls, so has external hinged knee joints and ankle joints. It makes her legs a bit unsightly when they are exposed by opening the slit of the skirt. She has shiny pearlescent skin that is similar to the Harrods Elsa doll, but doesn't have the heavy blush. Her Snow Queen outfit also has embellishments that are more similar to that of the Harrods Elsa rather than that of the LE 2500 Snow Queen Elsa. But rather than the jeweled snowflakes of the 17'' LE Elsa she has single clear rhinestones throughout her braid, and a few on her head. The snowflake and icicle design in her cape are printed rather than embroidered (as in the 17'' LE Elsas) or glittered (as in the Classic Elsa). They are flat and smooth, and I don't think are as effective in depicting ice.
The major embellishments of Designer Hans over Classic Hans are the addition of white gloves, and a sword. However, It's disappointing that there is no scabbard for the sword - it is loosely sewn to his pants legs, which looks rather cheap.

Finally I made my own designer Ariel. I repainted Ariel's face (2013), restyled her hair and sewed blouse. Dress was bought online.
