In a desparate plea for attention and to show everyone just what a special snowflake I am, I have decided to FINALLY digitize and upload my sketchbooks. I'm starting with the most recent, and working backwards. Also: useful in case of fire, spam net with backups!
The first book (already digitized!) is called 'DesignerStyle Frostman'. The name will make sense when you see it. It's my favorite by far, taking me from 1993 to 2003 to fill its pages. I never did much art that wasn't a doodle in my own sketchbooks, so you can probably witness 95% of my creative output for more than a decade. It is 100% complete, nothing removed but some private contact info. The veritable masterpiece.

Stuck in layover at a Delta terminal somewhere along a pilgrimage to see my aged grandmother, I drew this picture to try to keep it toned down for the public, but a kindly black woman was so enamored with this sketch that she insisted on seeing the rest of my book and I had to repeatedly and forcefully decilne her by reiterating it's privacy. I'm squeamish in public! I have, however, shown it to my family. :)
I was in the hospital for lung surgery during college, and my mom was kind enough to take some photos. :) I pasted them into my scrap^H^H^H^H^Hsketchbook! Check out how deep those tubes went into my chest! Holy!

Instead, I made my tag by chopping the head off the colorized version of the flying mouse three pages back, and writing 'Mousie Uber Alles' next to it, horizontal format. Coincidentally, it was in the same font used by Further Confusion for their logo!
That reminds me, I was actually semi-involved with the naming and intial website design for FC, but quit in apathy when they named the con something that only exists as a comparison to things that came before (the relative 'further'). It's a soft name. A real pussy of a name for a convention if you ask me. Also, they insisted on that crappy font, no debate allowed.
So I quit! :)
