This is from the neck-down project at the start of the year, renovating the house of a lady named Juanita. (Neck-down is when the whole Rural Studio joins in on one project of urgent need, not really involving any design (ie the 'head'), and we all work together really fast to complete it)

The Sister Schubert Bakery produces a variety of popular frozen yeast rolls for retail and food service markets. The 104,000 s.f. facility, constructed in 2007, includes freezer and production space with insulated metal panels throughout to achieve thermal and sanitary requirements for food processing. The structural steel is galvanized and includes many stainless and aluminum components to resist corrosion. Explosion-proof construction methods were used in several areas of the building. Gray-I.C.E. Builders was selected by Gap, Inc. for a 6,700 s.f. open store phased remodel project at their Banana Republic Glendale, California location.
The scope included new floors, cash wrap, feature walls and new paint. In order to have as little disruption as possible to the on-going business, the Gray-I.C.E. team worked nights to execute the project within the 5 week timeframe.
