The Boggs Industries logo utilizes the crescent shape, red and gray colors, and triangle shape of the Boggs Coat-of-arms (tinyurl.com/ckh3f2s). It combines the heraldic elements with a industrial gear and forced perspective for the final styling.
To achieve this look, we used letterpress and offset printing. The main card, matching envelope, "bee" escort card and favor tags were letterpressed onto Mohawk's Genesis Husk paper. The tri-fold wrap around the main 5x7 card was printed on a similar color stock paper, but it had a woven texture to it – French Paper Company's Speckletone Cream Cordtone. The surface contrast between the smooth and patchwork pattern is just lovely. I am not sure if the photos do it justice, but there is so much subtle detail to the overall invite from the printing to the specialty paper.

Permanent infomercial TV set. The roof is flown in, walls are on rolling jacks and columns get carried off to reveal a studio kitchen.
To set off the mood of our wedding to our guests, we sent these fun, oversized 7" square invites announcing our wedding date. The two wedding primary colors were used throughout the custom design of the typography of our names and the map. In keeping with our mood board, the nature element was brought in through the "blue" birds and branches in the component invite pieces.
Our invites were professionally printed with one of my favorite printers on a conventional offset printing press on Strathmore, uncoated 120lb paper.

Red Bull Flugtag craft created for Telemundo and based off a robot character from the show Ritmo Deportivo.
About a month ago, on Saturday, March 5th at the Eaglewood Resort + Spa over in Itasca, Illinois, I was a guest speaker at Beijo's Regional Team Conference. Tami Banno, one of Regional Sales Director of Beijo, got a hold of my information through a string of colleagues. And after a few emails and a phone conversation, she felt I was fit for the guest speaker role in talking about fashion, color, design and purse displays. I must say, I was excited and nervous at the same time. First of all, I haven't given a formal presentation in over a year since my days back in agency life, and this was the biggest group yet, 40-45 individuals. But thanks to Tami and the great group of Beijo consultants that I met prior to my presentation, I felt very welcomed and comforted by the surrounding environment.
I am only going to highlight a few main points of the presentation that I did, because this blog would take forever to write. There were two mains areas covered in the verbal part of the presentation — (1) Dressing the Part and (2) Displays that Sell. And for the third part of my role, (3) Show Me What You Got, was for the audience to take what I presented and put it into action with their own displays after my verbal presentation was over. Then, I would critique each group with their purse set-ups and physically show them on how to improve their displays with some minor adjustments.

To achieve this look, we used 1-color offset printing and letterpress only on the envelope flap. There are a total of five components: cover design, wedding info card, map/RVSP card, die-cut key and A7 envelope, and they are all printed on Crane's Letra Pearl White 21pt. The three main cards are held together by a single black ribbon and accented by a hint of green in the key design.

Traditional jet ski shape with hydrofoil wings added. Hydrofoils have been experimented with for Naval vessels, but no Personal Watercraft has really seen widespread adoption.

For our basement, there are 4 main functional zones that we needed: (1) a living + lounge area to watch tv for 6-8 individuals, (2) office for 3 computer stations + filing storage, (3) my very own art studio for client projects + crafts, and (4) a utility/storage room.
