Buckingham Gate is a seven-storey Georgian London townhouse building opposite Buckingham Palace.

This project involved fully renovating and refurbishing the existing premises and converting them from commercial premises into 12 luxury “turn-key” residential flats.

This ongoing project is nearing completion. Consisting of the renovation of three floors, totalling over 500 sq meters of commercial space into four bespoke apartments and a renovation of new courtyard.

 

This project also involved structural strengthening, basement waterproofing, new mansard roof and windows.
