Every time I have been in Ranthambore Park the landscape has been brown/grey. Leaves have fallen on the floor of the woodlands and the grasslands are parched. It was time for the monsoons to come.

Vectron 193 565 verliet samen met de 193 564 de fabriek op 16 december 2020, beide locs kwamen meteen in dienst bij RTB Cargo. Nadat de 193 564 al bestickerd werd op 5 januari 2021, werd de 193 565 bestickerd op 22 januari 2021.
Op zondagavond 24 januari werd de 565 dan voor het eerst ingezet voor een trein richting Zeebrugge en net zoals bij de 564 mocht ik deze eerste rit met deze loc rijden in België.
Na een uitslaap op hotel in Zeebrugge werden er wat foto's genomen van deze loc met zijn opvallend design.
De Class 66 "PB10 (V266)" moest nog even overgebracht worden van Ramskapelle naar Pelikaan, uiteraard werd dit even gedaan met de 193 565. We zien het konvooi hier aan de vertakking Eivoorde vlak voor de inrit van bundel Pelikaan.

The ATSF really had some remarkable design and branding. I love seeing authentic details like this still plying the rails, though this unit is currently in Minneapolis among the storage locomotives in the Northtown Transfer Yard. The storage units are a living museum of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe merger with paint schemes visible from pre- and post-merger designs.
