And yes, someone did encourage someone else to wear snowpants but someone was being stubborn and thought they weren't necessary. Fill in your own names.
My Kata backpack is kind of losing color. I'd love to switch out for the black one soon.
Teal swirls, oblong for a change! Lace cane overlay and swirled.

A view of part of the interior of an office building at Martin Place.
I like the geometry of the layout. I think tat it makes for interesting patterns, as well as a strong sense of depth.
I also like the way the light falls into this section of the building.
In this immage I capted the moement by trowing a strawberry in a glass of water. I took the picture when the splash was made and you can se not only in the movement of the splash but also by the bubbles made at the top of the strawberries. To took that image I use a speed shutter of 1/200. It was easier because the movement was perpendicular to the camera!
This is an old photo that was actually taken by my mom of my sister and I on my phone a while ago, on a family trip to Tacoma and Seattle Washington. This is the Rose Garden at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma. I decided to use this photo because it's focusing on the background and all of the vibrant and dramatic colors in the photo.
During our trip back to Bengaluru from Hyderabad, we passed through this sunflower farm near Kurnool. After driving further a km or two our photographic mind made us to take a u-turn. We nearly spent 1-2 hours at the farm using all types of lens but nothing could beat the mighty 50 mm.
Kurnool is located 350 km north of Bengaluru on National Highway 7 and Sunflower is one of the major crops in that region of Andhra Pradesh.
Image number one of a few from the day I spent with "Insulator Bob". These are very old electrical insulators that Bob collects. His collection is amazing to say the least.

The purple flower was always my focus. The first reason I took these kind photos was for practice, another reason was I used this method to show it took my perspective to look around.
i chose this image beecause all though i was shooting at such a big aperture, i still needed ISO 8000 in order to capture this.
I was playing around with my lens one day to see what all it could do. That day I discovered not only how to use my macro with a long zoom, but also how to control depth of field.
You know how long a toothpick is, right? With this shallow depth of field I could not even get an entire toothpick in focus. I learned lots that day.
For some reason, today I felt like doing photography for photography's sake... so here are some photos. Still paper of course, I don't have anything better to take pictures of :-P I just paid more attention to things like composition, balance, rhythm, etc.
I did use this grid for something... and it came out well, so pictures will be forthcoming.
