➡️Souvent appelé "la pointe du Danemark", Grenen est un site naturel emblématique situé près de la ville de Skagen, à l'extrémité nord de la péninsule du Jutland, au Danemark. Ce lieu unique attire les visiteurs du monde entier en raison de sa beauté naturelle et de ses caractéristiques géographiques fascinantes.
➡️Caractéristiques principales ''Rencontre des mers'' À Grenen, la mer du Nord et la mer Baltique se rencontrent dans un spectacle impressionnant de vagues croisées. Les deux courants marins ne se mélangent pas complètement en raison de leurs densités et températures légèrement différentes, créant ainsi une ligne visible entre les deux mers.

▶️Jelling est une petite ville située dans la région du Jutland, au Danemark, mais elle est surtout célèbre pour son importance historique, en particulier au début de l'histoire viking danoise. Elle est particulièrement connue pour son rôle dans la christianisation du Danemark et pour ses monuments vikings.
▶️Classé patrimoine mondiale de l'Unesco Jelling est surtout célèbre pour ses pierres runiques, souvent appelées les pierres de Jelling. Il y en a deux principales.
▶️La grande pierre de Jelling (ou pierre de Harald) Elle porte une inscription runique qui commémore le roi Harald à la dent bleue (Harald Bluetooth en anglais), qui régna sur le Danemark et la Norvège au Xᵉ siècle. Cette pierre est considérée comme un symbole de l'unification du Danemark sous un seul souverain et de l'introduction du christianisme dans le royaume. L'inscription dit notamment qu'Harald a unifié le Danemark et la Norvège et a fait des Danois chrétiens.
▶️La petite pierre de Jelling comporte une inscription runique en vieux norrois, gravée dans l'alphabet runique. L'inscription est partiellement fragmentée, mais elle est généralement interprétée comme un message dans lequel Harald rend hommage à son père, Gorm.
▶️L'église de Jelling, qui était en bois a l'origine a été construite à plusieurs reprises, mais elle repose sur une longue histoire. Elle a été un lieu important pour la dynastie royale.
L'église de Jelling fait partie du site archéologique de Jelling, ou se trouvent les tombes royales de Gorm le Vieux et de Harald Bluetooth.

➡️Pour ce premier arrêt au Danemark nous sommes arrivé sur le fjord Åbenrå donnant sur la mer Baltique dans le sud du Danemark, dans la région du Jutland du Sud (Syddanmark) ici nous étions sur une aire de camping car, juste face a la mer.
Cette ville historique, proche de la frontière allemande, possède un riche patrimoine culturel et une histoire marquée par son emplacement stratégique entre le Danemark et l'Allemagne.
➡️Aabenraa est donc un lieu d'intérêt pour ceux qui s'intéressent à l'histoire du Danemark et à la culture frontalière entre le Danemark et l'Allemagne, avec une atmosphère unique, mêlant héritage danois et influences germaniques.

▶️Le phare de Rubjerg Knude est un phare maritime situé sur la côte ouest du Danemark, sur la commune de Hjørring.
▶️Le phare a été construit en 1899 mais à cause d'importantes déflations au travers les années, le phare a été fermé et n'émet plus de signaux lumineux depuis le 1er août 1968. Les bâtiments réservés au personnel furent alors transformés en musée qui dut lui aussi fermer lorsque le sable commença à les ensevelir.
▶️Avec la pression du sable, il était d'abord prévu que le phare tombe dans la mer autour de 2023. Cependant, le bâtiment étant une importante attraction de la région, la commune a lancé en 2018 un projet visant à le déplacer plus vers l'intérieur des terres. En octobre 2019, il a été reculé de 70 m. Le déplacement a pris 4h30, après plusieurs mois de préparation.

After driving over 650 km from Stockholm and crossing the iconic Øresund Bridge, we finally reached Copenhagen. The heavy traffic and delays on our way to the hotel had us puzzled, but we soon realized why: it was the day of the Copenhagen Pride Parade! After checking in, we went for a walk and found ourselves in the middle of the festivities. The party was winding down, and while most people were heading home, a few had clearly enjoyed the day a bit too much. Let’s just say some had more alcohol than energy left - Copenhagen, Denmark

After driving a little over 650 km southwest from Stockholm and crossing the famous Øresund Bridge between Malmö and Copenhagen, we finally arrived in the Danish capital. We were a bit puzzled by the unusually heavy traffic and the delays in reaching our hotel in the city center. It wasn't until after we checked in that we discovered the reason: it was the day of the Copenhagen Pride Parade! After settling into our room, we decided to take a stroll before dinner and found ourselves right in the middle of the vibrant festivities. The Copenhagen Pride Parade, one of the largest LGBTQ+ events in Scandinavia, had filled the streets with colorful floats, joyful music, and an overwhelming sense of community. People do not consider it just as another party, but one considers the celebration as a powerful statement of love, diversity, and equality - Copenhagen, Denmark

The canal of Nyhavn (New Harbour) was dug out by Swedish prisoners of war between 1671 and 1673 to make Denmark more competitive in the trade business by creating a waterway that led straight into Kongens Nytorv – the new upcoming city center of Copenhagen. That way, the imported goods could be moved directly into the city.
