I have used B&W medium format film in a Holga 120N. Then used techniques like double exposing the paper to different negatives, and layering different transparent surfaces over the paper, in the darkroom. I have also burnt the eyes in and darkened the vignetting.

I used this process to create a series of demon like images, which appear to be damaged and dusty.
