I was also an employee of the NY Telephone company at the time. I was an ESS Tech (electronic switching systems). Mainframe. Pearl Street. My job was to give dial tone to the phones at MSG for the event. Over 10k phones went in.

i found this in my hotel room in denver and i have never seen white m&m's before. we are here to cover the democratic national convention. note that for security reasons apples aren't allowed in the press centre. they might be used as weapons. you can get away with bananas though.

A democratic and free election led the way for the UK to leave the European Union; a free and democratic election led Donald Trump to become the President Elect of The United States of America.
Do I agree that the UK should leave the EU, no I don’t, but time will tell if it was the right decision. Do I agree that Donald Trump should be the next President of the United States? I can’t answer that, I may be had up for something.
But what I do know is that in both cases, it was a free and democratic vote of the people of each country that has led us to this point and that is the most important thing to remember; freedom of choice and democracy.
Only time will tell now whether or not each was the correct thing to do. In the meantime make the most of what we have and love the world.
