DEFCON members discuss issues facing civilian DoD employees.

They ran out of badges extra early this year (think 2pm on the Thursday before con). Had something to do with Chinese customs and the Olympics. Respect for Kingpin and DT for making sure that more badges made it to DEFCON on Friday and Saturday.

Following a minor incident with new enclosure mate Zia, tiger Aysha tenses just in case things get put of paw. They didn't, and this was as tense as things got, easing over the next few minutes.
