Dee Why Beach on a beautiful winter's day.
Long Reef headland in the distance.
Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Some more photos from our day out on Friday. After having fish and chips on the beach I wandered along the path around the surf club and found this lovely pool. The water was so still and looked lovely with the volumous clouds reflecting on the surface. These were taken with my Olympus and are SOOC, only resized in Photoshop.
It commenced with toilets, but reflecting the fact that much more is being done, the project is now the Sree Tamang Village Development Project, Bhattedande.
Sandra Meihubers (Dee Why Warringah) reports that they now hope to build a library/reading room in the centre of the village, for literacy classes, community programs, and a meeting place. This, combined with the school based dental and tooth brushing program, and health programs, is part of the overall village development.
