Many years ago, when we were first married, I saw this vase in a store and told my husband that I really liked it. Not taking the hint, he bought one for his mother. I straightened him out though; I got the piece for myself 😉 .

A lovely hand blown glass vessel. Although it is designed as a tea-candle holder I use it as a beaker for drinks, and sometimes as a vase for photo shooting!

In her own words Elin describes it:

"Hand blown glass candle holder in white opaque base colour with added transparent glass chips and hand pulled glass stringers. When lit, the candle light transmit beautifully through the transparent colours.

Inspiration: This design came about after skiing in the mountains in northern Sweden as a child, traveling along the white snowy landscape in contrast to the blue sky amongst the white and black birch trees."
