Here's my take on the Silver Age version of Clayface -- Matt Hagen, former treasure hunter who got his powers when he immersed himself in a mysterious radioactive pool of protoplasm he found in a cave. As you can see on the main picture, I took a very drastic liberty with the larger form. Some may not like it, but I've come up with a reason for it in my ficverse. The main version I'll be using is the one on the top right, but I figured I could have some fun with the other form. Here's some tidbits about Hagen:

- Malleable clay-like form, can manipulate his physical features to make himself look like nearly anyone or anything. Can even alter his color.

- Powers have a temporary effect, requiring him to return to the pool periodically in order to maintain use of his powers.

- Created artificial protoplasm that allowed him to further mutate. Altering it to more of a granite-like form rather than clay. In this form, his body sports crystals similar to quartz that endow him with greater powers. He can only maintain this form for five hours before he reverts back to his clay-form.

Anyways, C&C are welcomed and definitely appreciated.

Batman and Robin. The Joker's Funhouse. Be sure to watch all the automation on my YouTube channel. www.youtube.com/watch?v=95gUCiT_-A8

Thanks to Nicole from Dynamic Video Creations for creating the amazing video!

This creation is loosely based on several of the Batman Video Game Funhouses. The Funhouse is built with three "levels" to allow for three separate Batman and Robin scenes. Think of it as a story telling progression from left to right.

Many thanks to Carlyle Livingston II who graciously photographed and edited the photos.

"Hey Mr J, Mr J, where are you?" cried Harley from the cockpit of her newly acquired mech.

"Look what I've got!" Harley looked around for the Joker, but couldn't see any sign of him.

Oh well, thought Harley, he was always having so much fun with crazy contraptions built in his likeness (she remembered the flaming hot air balloon with fondness), now it was her turn to have some fun!

====================================================================

This mech was created for the FBTB (www.fbtb.net) Mech Madness 2012 contest.

It was designed for Harley Quinn, who pilots the mech from inside the head, as can be seen here.

The mech can stand unsupported, but is a little unstable if the legs are not positioned correctly, so in some shots, a base can be seen which was added purely to make the photographing process easier.

I was never satisfied with Supergirl's original head. I think it has too much makeup and looks too mature. I also didn't see any of Kara in the doll. I know most character Barbies are supposed to be Barbie 'as' the character but I personally like to connect the face completely with the figure and the lipliner and Farrah hair of the original didn't really sit right with me. The outfits in this DC series are phenomenal and some all time Barbie favorites for me, but some of the faces are too much, like Wonder Woman and Batgirl's. This UK Barbie is one of my absolute favorite faces ever. It's simple, fresh, and youthful, just like Supergirl should be. So I finally got to swapping heads, and I'm in love! I think she looks BEAUTIFUL and much better looking like this than when she was in box. This awesome result might get me to change some of the other DC girls.

Sondra Fuller was an agent of Kobra, a terrorist religious cult, who agreed to undergo an experiment involving shapshifting because she hated her own face.

She gained the shapechanging abilities of Matt Hagen, but at a much higher level. She can mimic the powers of anything she transforms into. Unlike Hagen who returns to normal after some time and requires a particular protoplasm before he can become Clayface again.

Well here's my version of Lady Clay herself. She's a very simple custom, not much creativity went into her. Before anyone even asks or mentions it, yes I cheated. I digitally colored the snake lower body and I don't care. But I don't mind, what matters is showcasing her female form. : P

Anyhow, let me know what you guys think. C&C are always welcomed an appreciated.

Ever since I saw the Rancor Pit set, I immediately thought to use the rancor as Clayface. Well I finally got a hold of that set and now have my Basil Karlo Clayface. I'm going to need to make a Bricklink order for some extra brown pieces so I can make ol' Clayface's mud creations.

I do have another Clayface I was working on, who I am just going to turn into the Matt Hagen version. I may just create the entire Mudpack.

Anyways, C&C welcomed and appreciated.

The Joker has sent a welcoming party for Batman. "What?!? Don't you like my friends? They are dying to meet you!."

Many thanks to Carlyle Livingston II who graciously photographed and edited the photos.

Finally she's complete! I almost made my version to be a blatant rip off from my good friend Adam's version, but not because I didn't like his version, as a matter of fact I love that version, I just wanted mine to be different. Man, I wish LEGO made that hood in purple. Anyways, please comment if you're going to favorite.

C&C always welcomed and appreciated.

I love how she looks like Lynda Carter but isn't actually supposed to be her.

Of all the comic book hero/villain relationships, there are none quite as fascinating as Batman and the Joker. Order vs. Chaos. Seemingly opposite in nature, but more similar than you might believe. One of them insane while the other borders on insanity, some might argue. All Batman might need to take is one step in the wrong direction to become just like the Joker. Just a little push.

Rain delay at the Cardinals game in St. Louis means the umbrella's start popping out...some were interesting like this version that was definitely one of my favorites. It appears to be a give-a-way from Six Flags and features their logo along with 6 DC Comics Universe characters including Flash, Superman, Green Lantern, Batman, Wonder Woman, and the Joker. Give the rain a few minutes to do its thing and the wet umbrella makes a great photography subject as seen above...

I was working on a Wingblade story chapter, when I decided to take a break and make a few of the characters from the flashbacks.

Here's Arthur Merlyn a.k.a. Merlyn, The Black Archer, Merlyn the Magician, an enemy to our favorite Emerald Archer -- Green Arrow/Oliver Queen.

In my fiction, Merlyn was one of Wingblade's mentors and teachers. He's one of Ra's top League of Assassin's members. He infiltrated The 100 in order to bring them down from the inside, all because Ra's al Ghul considers them a threat to his plans. In actuality, Merlyn is a triple agent working for the Sons of Chaos -- an organization older than Ra's himself. The silhouette pictured is of their leader Deathmask (one of my created villains for Wingblade - in other words his archenemy). I've built the minifig alongside Wingblade earlier this year, but have yet to post or reveal him since I'll be doing that after I've established/posted his lesser villains.

As always, constructive feedback and criticism is always welcomed and encouraged. Please don't just favorite and not give me some feedback. I always appreciate any feedback that will help me be a better builder.

Made her when the show had its series premiere but haven’t uploaded her because I had hoped to make a more CW inspired version. But here is my take on Red Alice one of Batwomans rogues who’s also her twin sister

Wingbalde is a character I created when I was a kid, he hasn't changed much through the years. Though I did create an alternate costume on the DC Universe Online game, you can view it in minifig form on Mike/ryffranck029's stream.

Here's a quick bio for him:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nathaniel Steven "Ven" Solis, was born to a poor family. His mother worked as a cleaning maid. Ven's father was a brilliant mechanic, but his addictions and abusive behavior ruined any potential he could have had. One night, his father's abusive behavior turned for the worse. Ven's mother told him to hide and remain hidden no matter what he saw or heard. That night, young Ven witnessed his father murder his fragile mother. His father was arrested and Ven was placed by Child Protection Services to live with his maternal grandmother who lived in the slums of Gotham City.

After a year of living with her, she was accidentally killed during a turf war between rival street gangs. With no other family members willing to take care of him, he was placed in foster care. Ven was a brilliant kid with eidetic memory and a knack for building gadgets, but the trauma he witnessed in his young life has left him angry and distrustful of others. Thus he could never remain in a fixed location, he jumped from foster home to foster home until he completely fell with the wrong crowd. He became what he hated, an instrument used by gangs and crime bosses for drug trafficking, after all, no one would suspect a kid, right?

On one of his nights, Batman and Robin took down an operation he was involved in. Robin almost couldn't believe a kid younger than him was involved in such things. So he talked and tried to persuade him to turn a new leaf before it was too late. As a parting gift, Robin gave him a batarang to remember this day. Change did not come overnight for Ven, though he did begin to attend school and a program run by Ted Grant (Wildcat). Wildcat saw potential in this brash kid, took him under his wing and exposed him to a whole new world.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As you can see, it's a real rough bio. I haven't really worked on it for years. I'll polish it one of these days and post a proper profile for him.

C&C welcomed

It seems that while the Joker is occupied playing with Bats, Catwoman is carefully sneaking out of his storage room. I'm sure she is just borrowing that diamond. Don't you think?

Well since I promised a little while back that I'd post more of my Batman villains. Here's Tommy Elliot -- Hush -- to wet your appetites. He's a custom made my Christo.

I never made "my own" version since this one is pretty much perfect. Got him real cheap too, I think it was roughly $18 bucks. It pays to be a patient lad.
