The ferry brings visitors from Patchogue, Long Island , to "Watch Hill" . Fire Island National Seashore. Watch Hill has a marina , tenting campgrounds . lifeguarded beach , nature trail , snack bar , etc.
A relatively rare view of the eastbound home signals at West Davis (CPRV075) with train 741 splitting the uprights on a Sunday afternoon.
Amazing Bette Davis.
After watching "All About Eve" again yesterday I've realized I'm definitely in awe of Bette Davis. I also got to catch her on "What's My Line" last night. She's just so amazing. I'm going to check out a bio of her this week...I think it would be a fascinating read.

Odd as it may, Davis Creek Falls is vastly taller than the namesake fall at Dukes Creek Falls. Pictures do not do justice to the way this massive fall towers far above visitors in the viewing area at its base.

This fine cloudscape was illuminated by a bright moon. I used the wide aperture 75mm f1,4 Summilux to capture this.
Now the Leica TL2 has been fitted with Leica M series adapter so I could use my 90mm f4 close up to take photos with this camera.
4th of July Fireworks at Watch Hill & Davis Park, opposite my beach on the Great South Bay, Heron Pointe, East Patchogue, New York. I am sure the plan was not to have these fireworks (shot over 15 seconds) to make the shape of a heart like this photo, but this is what it came out as.
Located near Central Park in Davis, California, it is the center hub of much activities.
