Edited book cover, 10,000 Zombies, illustrated by David Hartman, stories by Alexander Cox.
This book features a ghoulish gallery of undead. The split page format divides the figures at the neck and waist, so that zombie heads, torsos and legs can be chopped and changed at will. Every time you turn a page a new story is revealed as the text is completely interchangeable.

Got some color added today! Mostly the bloody and gory stuff :)
You can see the progress of the entire sleeve here.
Whew! Eight hours in the chair today - six were actual tattooing, the other two drawing. Cain got in A LOT of bats and they look rad! These bats are just the first layer. Next time we start on color - but that's not until May. For the first time ever, I felt like a wuss getting these suckers laid in there.
See the entire progress of the whole sleeve.
Outline of Vincent. Cain stacks the lines to really make it pop.
The whole sleeve will include the Mummy vs. The Wolfman, Nosferatu vs. Frankenstein's monster, the Creature from the Black Lagoon rising behind Vincent, an evil jack-o-lantern on my elbow and of course lots of bats!

It is so spectacular it requires 3 -- that's right, 3 -- rubber bands to restrain it! Please note the kick ass Hartman film in the back ground! At the Rob Zombie Show at Verizon Ampitheater in Charlotte, NC

I'm having trouble finding what date this TV GUIDE cover was issued, but I do know that Joan and David worked together from 1980-87. I thought at first it was from a Feb 28th, 1984 issue, but now i'm not so sure.....
This tattoo was done a couple of years ago and will fit in to the new design. I stopped so I could finish my arms. Yes, I have a short attention span.
