lol just a bit of java to write the description for me... lol

So the new year is going somewhat ok. I am trying to take better care of myself, and step up my game in everything i do... and that means adding to that list as well...

Its a constant battle, i know i can be better, but i still do things a bit half heartily... and it needs to stop. I can be better, and i only live once so i might as well take advantage of that. I should be treating myself as a piece of artwork: i am my own masterpiece. Its time i start treating myself as such.

So look forward to some change... :-) change is good, and only the stupid or ignorant fear it.

This is why we have an ISO format for dates.

Gardens and Esplanade built from 1922-1924 as a Government funded public works job creation scheme. Named originally after a local elected councillor, they were later known as 'Ferry Gardens'. Then renamed 'Falkland Gardens' in 1984 after the Falklands War.

Redesign of the entire Esplanade area was completed in 2000 when the National Lottery funded a new promenade and a new design for the Gardens.

While at the VTM conference, I got a bottle of water that was apparently good for the next one hundred one years and eleven months.

This video has gotten quite a bit of criticism for being transphobic.

09:12:28 - what's that? Well without any context I would say that is just past 9 in the morning written in standard format hh🇲🇲ss. But no it has a label 'date' so erm, 9th December? No it's meant to be 28 December 2009!

What computer language uses this format and why did someone think it was appropriate to display to UK web shoppers?

USA Date Format vs Rest of the World Date Format

"The Memorial Gates, at the top of Constitution Hill in central London, are dedicated to the approximately 5 million people of the Indian subcontinent, Africa and the Caribbean who served in the Armed Forces during the two World Wars" in The Millennium Commission Web site.

LifeBuzz explains cheque date formatting (e.g., YYYY/MM/DD or May 21, 2025), which is critical for validity. Cheques are typically valid for six months. Our 2025 guide covers post-dating for insurance premiums, with expert strategies to avoid delays. Essential for 2025 payment timing and bank compliance.
