I made these two out of felt, and completely hand-stitched them. On the back of their tags is their story.
"Dapper Dan is quite the man,
with his bow-tie and the twinkle in his eye.
He's cute and sweet,
a bunny you'd like to meet.
He's oh-so loyal & very kind,
a nicer bunny you'll never find."
"Boo hoo" cries Blubby!
Blubby is the happiest bunny in the land, until he watches a sad movie. When the sad parts begin he starts to cry, and he doesn't stop till someone tells him a funny joke. Then he laughs so hard, he starts to cry again, but this time they're happy tears. Funny Blubby.

The instruments on the ground are Deagan Organ Chimes. Each Deagan Organ Chime consists of eight chimes having three octaves of a single note, comprising a C scale. The Organ Chimes were made by the J.C. Deagan Company in Chicago, IL around 1901.
This was the last weekend at the 2013 Texas Renaissance Festival and also the day after Thanksgiving - it was another cold one. I think people started feeling bummed out about the TRF winding down after a great season. It was an excellent chance to see cool people and great entertainment again. Is it time for the 2014 TRF yet?
The TRF is located near Todd's Mission, TX, about 50 miles NW of Houston. The TRF spans 8 weekends, roughly from October to November.
Looks like he just won a round of golf and is ready for a cool drink.
There is a name written in very faded pen on the bottom of this one, but all I can make out is the last name, Hursh.
Does anyone recognize this hotel or the car?
From a family shoot I did last night. The whole family was great, including
Sawyer and Finn. So fancy they are! ... This kind of reminds me of
those cheesy pet studio portraits you sometimes see, but somehow I like it anyway. :)
