Ok. What moron needs a sign to tell them this? Raise your hand so I can get a better shot at you. How utterly stupid are you that you need to be told "Ok, now when cars are coming at you, don't get into that lane to pass"? Sheesh! Hmm, then again, this is the country where you can get three million dollars for spilling coffee.. yes COFFEE, WHICH EVEN CHILDREN KNOW IS A HOT BEVERAGE, in your lap, claiming you weren't warned it could burn you. (sigh) Just kill me now.
