In the Fall of 2005, heavy rains caused Warren Brook to become a raging

river. The town of Alstead, NH lost 3 lives and 28 homes. Damage was

equivalent to what occurred in Vermont last summer. In the analysis, the

flood was deemed a 500 year event and likely caused by Global Warming.

Sorry that there's no person holding a "dot"; but this was my town and it

was all but completely destroyed.
