While drowsing in the passenger seat out in Seattle I got the idea to press my languishing Jornada palmtop into service. There's a really cool synth/sequencer app, Sunvox, that should load up just fine. Stay tuned.

Looks like we made it after all.
Below that scuffed aluminum dwell a veritable clown car of wire bulk. And you know what? That bulk makes some damn fine sound. Now onto the 1V/Octave keyboard controller as I wait for my temperature controlled resistors to arrive by post.
After everything else following the alphabetically coded board -> pcb wiring is a refreshing snap - though it may look like a crackle an a pop as well (huh?)
One thing about Ray Wilson's designs - the front panels nearly always have complex wiring hidden within. When you finish stuffing and soldering the components to board you may think you're in the homestretch. Be very prepared for mo' intricacies.

Wow, so many things wrong with this board, it's actually comical - tiny traces - huge drill holes - and yes, believe it or not, it's printed backwards (except the lettering of course)

2 chains of 100 Ohm resistors for use in a Single Bus Keyboard Controller. Soon I'll actually be able to play melodies!
It works fine, though the white noise generator leaves a lot to be desired. Going to fix that in the future.
This is based off a design by Christian (no last name). It's a very simple circuit that I have modified so that there are two that cross modulate/feed each other through the loop filter. The sound being put through it is just a simple sine wave. At the end I unplug the sine wave module and it takes a few seconds to finally all die down.
Planned nearly to spec with the design from musicfromouterspace.com. I just moved the power switch to the side and put an LFO driven LED in its former place.
