There was a live latin band performing at Lincoln Center. A very large dance area was setup in front of the stage for paying customers, but the larger dance area was on the rest of the plaza where you could dip for free. Somehow she looked a little over dressed for him.
At Choccywoccydoodah. Regard the non-dairy nature of this feast. This was our collective tea, and I've not wanted anything since.
dipping the first students in the rapids--those who earned the most fuksi points throughout their first year at Tampere University of Technology. i believe this is the only city in finland that actually dips their students--i am curious to find out what celebrations are like elsewhere.

(As usual, I'm not going to make an ingredients list, it's more annoying that way, lol.) Combine equal amounts, appx. 8oz.,of Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, and Greek Yogurt. Put a can, about 16 oz. or so, of Chick Peas (drained and rinsed) in your food processor and blend until it's smooth and creamy. Add that to the mix. (you could substitute Silken Tofu too). Add two generous spoonfuls of Dill and a half teaspoon of Cayenne (adjust this amount to taste). Finally, peel a medium Cucumber, scoop out the seeds, if any, and cut into small cubes. Note: Add the Cucumbers JUST before serving otherwise they will get soggy and lose their crunch. I recommend using Fritos Scoops for the chips as they are salty and there is no salt in the recipe.
