i hope your canada day weekend was restful and fun. we spent this afternoon on christie lake, boating and then swimming just off of a secluded island. the kids are looking forward to spending the next two weeks at babcia and dziadzia's without us. i think they will have a blast.

I went to a knitting group friend's birthday dinner, and I had to come up with something - a dessert - that was gluten-free and vegan. This little army of chocolate dipped strawberries fit the bill, and they were very easy and quick to do. Make sure you use good quality chocolate.
