This was an awesome concert. We were pretty good about getting in the front row and so many cool things happened. I caught a drum stick too.
This is a pic of my Dio of 12/30/2008. I didn't meet him when I was in US last time because my friend brought him and my cat Sarah to Indiana.
On my morning walk, I saw some Ojo de Dios hanging in a tree. They were a bit weathered!
Ojo de Dios, are spiritual and votive objects made by weaving a design out of yarn upon a wooden cross.
Back in the 1970s, when I was 13, we made one in a craft class, the teacher was an American on an exchange program.
Puente de Dios in Tamasopo in the state of San Luis Potosi.
It's another beautiful, jungle location in the middle of Mexico.
There's a very long path of stairs before you end up at the river. You then have to swim through a pitch black cave full of bats (you can hear them clearly & see them going in & out) before you reach the really beautiful part with all of the waterfalls coming down around you.
You can stay up higher & take in the beautiful sight to avoid all of the physical activity, but where's the fun in that?
